I didn't get a friendly welcome. I really miss the good old Starbucks days when people didn't seem to be bothered to serve you. Got the wrong protein drink, the order sticker was sloppily stuck on the front of the bottle. I was friendly when asking for the correct one but there was no communication just took it out of my hand and gave me the right one, no sorry, have a nice day nothing.
I ordered online through the app. It's not a super crazy complicated drink that I get usually but I like to give the barista's a little extra time to prepare my orders since they are busy and people can people the people out of a person.When I walked in, roughly 5 mins after my order was ready, I walked to the tip jar and put some cash in the jar and proceeded to the pick up counter.There were a couple barista's working but I was not greeted at all. The only place I get my drink made perfectly is in my hometown of Redlands, CA.
When I travel I-80, I always stop in town to get fuel at the Walmart fuel stop nearby. I've come numerous times, and finally, I have to leave a comment. I always ask for a Trenta Iced Coffee with five White Mocha shots, half and half, no classic and easy ice.
It always tastes terrible, and they never stir...
