The bread they made my sandwich with was incredibly stale. It was falling apart and hard. Sadly, it pretty much ruined the rest of the sandwich… I ended up getting two pieces of white bread at home to replace it. Much better but definitely not what’s it’s supposed to be. I honestly am not one to leave a bad review anywhere, but I was really looking forward to my food, and I’m very sad. I added low stars for the employee, as he didn’t make the sandwich correctly/didn’t make the meal with fresh bread, and he talked very quietly, so it was hard to understand him. Other than that, the place was nice and clean. Seemed well taken care of, and the cookie were got was delicious. My husband’s sandwich was also amazing.

We have come to this Subway 3 times over about a one year period. First of all, they are slow. The first time we came here, they were completely out of bread at around 7 pm. The second time, the bread was a bit old, but we had taken it home, so we ate it. The third and last time, we again went home, which is about 5 minutes away, and discovered that the bread was hard on the ends and so dry it was crumbling. When we took it back, they wanted to make us a new sandwich and they got the bread from behind the bread where they had made the first sandwich. When we said we didn’t want a new sandwich, they were visibly upset with us but gave us our money back. They then threw the old bread away. So they intentionally gave us old bread hoping we would just accept it. We will not be back.

This was by far the worst sandwich that I have ever eaten from a subway. The bread was so dry that it left crumbs in the wrapping. My husband and I both got sandwiches and ended up throwing both away because the bread was so dry you could hardly bite through it.The boy behind the counter less than helpful and unprofessional.

The food was better than the service! He wouldn’t make eye contact and seemed annoyed he had to work. I ordered a turkey avocado wrap - it tasted good only he made it like a sandwich with a top and a bottom so it was a complete mess when eating. I asked him for napkins because their dispenser was out, he huffed at me walked to the back turned right around and said we’re out. How can a food establishment be out of napkins?? Either they really were out and management needs to get on top of their back stock orders or he was simply too lazy. Dining and restrooms seemed clean.

Amazing service!
I had a great experience at this Subway thanks to Angelo. He was super friendly, patient, and made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it. He paid attention to every detail and had a great attitude the whole time. You can tell he cares about doing a good job. Thanks, Angelo, for the excellent service!

Worst Subway experience that I have had. Employee(Marco) made my sandwiches totally wrong and when I came back in to have them correct them all he wanted to do is argue. Stay away from this Subway,

Advertised $6.99 footlong. Went inside to order, specifically asked if that was the deal. The girl working said yes. We ordered 5 sandwiches and go to pay. The other employee rings us up and the price is full price, not the advertised $6.99. Guy says you have to order on the app. We told him we asked BEFORE we ordered and he told us the other employee was confused. So we pull the app up to order there and the app won't let us log in to get the deal. The guy then tried to charge for each individual item INCLUDED in one of the meal deals we ordered. There was 0 customer service. They didn't own their mistake, didn't make it right, and tried to overcharge us.
Zero stars. Negative stars.

Subway food be goated. Just the customer service there is horrible. They show that they hate working and that they with you weren't there. I was ordering a sandwhich and the guy (Allan) just stares at me so I say "I'll start with the Italian herbs & cheese bread & Provolone cheese" and then he goes on to ask what else I want on it. I totally forgot about meats and so I was confused and starting telling him my vegetables and he just stood there, he kept asking "what else" but we weren't even past the cheese part. He eventually crashed out on me and said "no meats, do you not want meats?" With such an attitude dude, it was just annoying, especially during a 30 minute break from a 7 hour shift.

The manager is definitely Latino, I don't know his name but I have seen him get out of a Mercedes when I agree to look for my food in that store, I will definitely not return, I think the store is his, why does he serve in a bad way, he is arrogant, he does not serve the portions as shown in the image and he does not have any empathy, he speaks two languages ​​and is not considerate of those who speak the same language as him. Honestly it's sad to see a person be like this. Quite the opposite of their assistants, excellent people and very helpful. I think they can't stand it that's why they change assistants all the time.

I stopped in here to grab food. The person helping me was rude and didn't even get my sandwich correct. I ordered the ham egg & cheese breakfast sandwich, and he didn't even put the egg on the sandwich. Will not be coming back.

I desperately wish the manager would get this particular location under control. It is such a disappointing dismal experience every time. Horrible customer service and skimps so very bad on the ingredients. The location on Main Street is 100 times better. It’s a sandwich shop making something so incredibly easy as bread and toppings with a smile and a thank you. This isn’t the place for that. Please just go somewhere else. The other reviews speak volumes.

Subway in Spanish Fork puts very little on a sandwich, especially when ordering steak. My sandwiches looked like they had no filling — the bread was completely covering what filling there was. On the inside of the 12”, three inches per side was completely bare. When I doubled the meat on another order, it did go to both ends, but there was so little the bread completely closed over the fillings. This location DOES NOT put enough fillings on their sandwiches. No fast food offerings look like their promotional photos, but this Subway’s sandwiches are ridiculous!
