Long time staff are great sandwich artists. New staff is getting there, while some are borderline rude and struggle with portion control, but all have problems with sauce bottles. My suggestion is to replace them, there's a real problem with the amount of sauce getting on the sandwich. I'd prefer my food not leak though the bag. Eating is also a task of it's own, ask for extra napkins and eat fast unless you enjoy soggy bread. Best to come into the store rather then ordering online to better control the quality of your food. All in all great place owner seems to be great to staff and always helpful to customers.

I had such an amazing experience at the Subway on Sunset in Rock Springs! Kenzie took care of me and made the visit way better than expected. She was so friendly, upbeat, and made sure my order was perfect. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and creates a welcoming vibe. The sandwich was fresh and delicious, and she really made the whole stop worth it.

The staff is so kind and friendly! I always get my sandwich made a little specially and instead of getting grief for my request they actually gave me a tip on how to toast it so that it tastes better! The staff at this location made my day and also made the atmosphere so welcoming it's all I could think about. The food was delicious and I just can't help myself with the fresh baked cookies.

I had a wonderful gentleman help me this evening. His coworker no-showed and he handled himself professionally and was patient with the customers who were impatient. All alone he handled all the people in line and was working the online orders as well. I waited a little long but understood under the circumstances.

got a meatball sub last night the service was slow i was the only one there and he spilled sauce all over my bread front side and did nothing about it

Unrolled the wrapper and the food was falling out and the mustard was all over the outside of the bread. I've never had the condiments all over the bread.

I ordered a Hotshot Italiano (my favorite) and I got a chicken bacon sandwich. And when I call them to tell them no answer. It us only voicemail. My husband's sandwich was drenched with mayonnaise.
