I ordered a Hotshot Italiano (my favorite) and I got a chicken bacon sandwich. And when I call them to tell them no answer. It us only voicemail. My husband's sandwich was drenched with mayonnaise.

I’m in town just for the night and after reading the current reviews of various restaurants, I settled for Subway.
Three team members were there and al of them were nice. There was another couple ahead of me and I decided to ask them about local places to eat. Once we got to talking I found that almost everyone there is not from Rock Springs.
Anyways, it was a great experience with excellent customer service and my sandwich was delicious.

9/19/24 @ 1:47pm - Misty was the person who helped us. She was by far the best server we have EVER had at a Subway. She was very pleasant and efficient and mindful of how she handled the preparation of our sandwich, which was perfect. The owners of this store need to be sure to keep her! However, there was another female worker who took her break in her vehicle while we were there, which of course was fine, but we saw that she was parked in the very first parking spot in front of the entrance to the restaurant. I have never worked in a customer service oriented business where that was acceptable. Wondering if that is allowed there or she just ignored her employer?

The people working there were disrespectful, the food was prepared haphazardly, there was hair in my food, and the bread was stale. Terrible establishment, I'd suggest eating somewhere else.

I ordered online and I have had the same problem 3 times now. My sandwiches were supposed to be toasted and weren't, things missing from the sandwiches, way to much condiments and I put less on both sandwiches. Don't order online or at this store the customer service is not very good at all.

They had me waiting on my food and I had to ask someone that was doing nothing if he could help me and when you asked for more of something they wouldn’t give it to you service was terrible and the food was terrible do not suggest eating here
Was dark and dirty inside. There was a younger lady who kept talking about getting off at 8:00, then complaining loudly when people were entering the restaurant. Even said to the person behind me very rudely, “what do you want”, still complaining everytime someone came in. Didn’t change gloves between sandwiches. Terrible service.

Tried to eat here but very very poor customer service. Five of us and two behind us were told we had to wait a really long time because they were filling an online order. Which can be understandable but it was clear the employees didn’t want to be there. In addition, an employee used the restroom prior to my use. There wasn’t any toilet paper left in the bathroom. The employee didn’t say anything about it and didn’t go and get any. When I told the two behind the counter there wasn’t any toilet paper, one said, “I don’t know where it is” and the second said, “I don’t know how to do it.” We left.

This felt like no one wanted to work there. They were polite, but it took forever to get sandwiches made. Half the sauces normally available were not and vegetable selection for sandwiches felt just as dismal.

We have given this location multiple tries. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. We always select and pay for extra protein and crispy bacon and they NEVER do either. They don’t even cook the bacon. They put cold bacon on both BLT’s, left tomato’s off one (not correct), zero mayo on the sandwich that requested extra, maybe 3 pieces of chicken on the 3rd sandwich. Called to tell them to which the lady on the phone (clearly very annoyed) said “um we’re really busy right now, just come back we’ll remake them bye.” No thanks. This has happened EVERY single time we have ordered through them. I will only recommend the Subway at College Drive. They never miss a beat!
