My husband and I sat inside and are our food. The whole time we was eating there was only 1 person cleaning the lobby and taking orders while everyone else stood around doing nothing. I am very please with the service Joy gave us. I spoke to micheal and he was very rude and said that this poor lady's job was to do everything else while everyone just sat around and did nothing. I will be contacting corporate about this situation. THANK YOU JOY FOR YOUR HARD WORK.

I'm a Doordasher, and we have time limits for pickups and delivery, when I went in to pick up a customer's order, the staff looked me in the eyes, didn't say a word, and went about their business like I wasn't even there! I could see the order that I needed to pick up sitting on the counter incomplete. So I waited. Staff members filled the bag and taped it shut, looked at me again, and walked away. At this point I'm frustrated, late for pick up and no help. A manager who was on a phone call finally got up and helped me. Do better! If you see someone waiting, ask them if they've been helped! Don't stare like a deer in headlights!!!

Inside is by far the worst, all rhe tables are dirty. The drink and condiment stations as well as the floor have not been cleaned in quite a while.

We ordered 20 minutes ahead. Waited 10 minutes past when the app said it would be done, then checked only to find they hadnโ€™t started making it yet. The staff was nice enough though.

Most of my family enjoyed their food, I got the beefy nachos. The Gauc was dosguating and starting to darken in color (no fresh) and the nachos had a sour flavor to them (no sour cream). Pretty gross.

The service in th front isn't that great. The young man running the register is more worried about what his friends in the lobby are doing than he is about taking care of the customers average wait time while I was here was about 2 and a half minute to get and semblance of recognition from the employee in the front. The food how ever was very good and hot. The atmosphere was not great as the employees were chatting with friends and using fowl language.

On 3 separate occasions my order was ignored so that drive thru gets priority instead of preparing orders in the order they received them. Being ignored because of not owning a $90000 truck because they spend more isn't fair or right. I will not be returning, ever.

Outstanding customer service, customer driven management, team work, and effective communication during stressful situation. These are the attributes that come to mind when thinking back on my most recent visit to Taco Bell in Rock Springs, WY. I have been to other Taco bell locations in WY and have never had the type of welcoming and accommodating experience I had in Rock Springs, WY. I ordered my items in the app and for some reason it didn't go through correctly and the team missed seeing my order. The manager was apologetic and prompt to correct the situation. They team worked quickly to get my order out which I was grateful for but I wasn't in a rush. I appreciate the attention to detail and quality assurance with my food. Keep it up Rock Springs! You all are always the best!

Parking: Very open parking lot with semi truck or truck and trailer parking on the street directly next to the establishment.
