Came to drive-through at five min till 11 ordered two biggie bags and an extra two chicken sandwiches I pay get to the second window was handed My drinks and was told to pull forward due to one of the chicken sandwiches had to be cooked fresh. However, when the meal came fries were warm Ish drove home to the two burgers not fresh used to be when you would order something and they wouldn’t have it on hand at a fast food restaurant, they would usually give you an estimate of time to wait and ask if you still want it. Good customer service should be if you’re cooking anything fresh for an order and you would cook the whole order fresh after getting home I tried to call back let the phone ring at least 20 times no answer

The tables were dirty, floor was sticky, the bathroom door was very nasty and didn't touch it, used my foot "shoe". Also if I needed to go to the toilet there was no door on the stall. See Picture!

Went to go eat in and it smelled awful. Guessing sewer issues 🤢 We couldn't even stand in line long enough to order, let alone eat there. We had to leave and eat somewhere else.

The floors are dirty, tables are unclean, restaurant itself smells like literal poop... usually we have no issues here, but tonight, oh boy...😮💨 The gal that filled our drinks(for a mobile order!) Got both wrong. My fiancé ordered a salad, and they didn't give us the dressing or anything else besides the salad?! What's up with that?! I watched the lady literally toss my food on the tray, and then she looked at me and smiled! Like what... Come on guys... get it together... I love Wendy's, but this is NOT how it used to be😭

They are consistently decent, and consistently forget the Chili sauce even if you ask. Some employees have excellent customer service, others have room to improve. However the food is always good and cooked properly.

Get your act together!!!! Stop leaving things out of orders you guys were slow at 3:30 pm today there’s no reason to forget a whole sandwich from the combo meal!!! Figure it out or shut it down!!!

Asked for only ketchup and got everything on it. I have food allergies so I can’t eat onions and they said there was only ketchup . So I got home to see that there was onions I was pissed. Didn’t want to go back because I just got off of work and was tired. Do better!
