Had the teriyaki steak. It was delicious. Pricey. Service was excellent.

Good overall, but a member of our party received imitation crab, in spite of being charged extra for “lump crab meat”

Always a great time here.
We recently visited for our anniversary, and our server Maddie made it special-we showed up a little later than we should've (815) but she stayed past closing to take care of us.
The food was cooked to perfection, literally had 0 complaints. The cook temp was exactly what we asked for, a beautiful medium rare.
Drinks were mixed well, definitely on the stronger side but still great.
A huge thank you to whoever was working the kitchen last night, and an even bigger thank you to our server Maddie. She was so sweet and attentive.

My co worker and i went in he ordered the ribeye and i ordered the marinated ribeye, both med. Rare. I also ordered oysters on the half shell. Both steaks came out well done or maybe even boot leather. My marinated steak I'm pretty sure was just rubbed down with BBQ after it was cooked. And I had a rotten oyster. The only thing that was any good as far as food at white mountain mining Co. Was the salad.

DO NOT EAT HERE.
we went for dinner after work
And from the start it was terrible. We had the bread. It was dry and tasted like 2 day old bread.
My fiance ordered 2 different kinds of beer from the menu and was told they were out. Then he ordered a sweet tea. It was not sweet tea. It tasted like instant iced tea.
When we received our appetizers, the middle of the fried pickles were soggy. The loaded potato wedges were werid they came out with tomatoes and black olive and green onion on them.
We ordered the prime rib and a 16 oz ribeye. It was awful. My prime rib was brown and soaked it aus ju. My fiance steak was burnt to a crisp. The mashed potatoes were a garlic and chive. I was not told to me when I ordered.
Overall we will not be back. And who ever is the cook needs to learn how to cook a steak and a prime rib. Very over priced. Should have to pay almost 200 dollars for a Saturday night dinner. That was awful.

Nice big parking lot and looks nicely updated inside. Got seated right next to the kitchen and in a weird corner. The waitress and hostess were nice and friendly. Good service just low quality food for the price.
The food was just sub par. Everything no was drenched in butter or dry. Steaks all cooked at wrong temperature. Friend had a medium and it was medium rare. Mine was supposed to be medium rare but was rare and blue inside. Mine was fixed and better but for $58 for a fillet mignon it was tough and chewy. The loaded mashed potatoes were inedible with swimming butter. The twice baked potatoes are hard and dry. Husband said the prime rib was good but his rare was medium.
The bill for 3 was over $250 and this was like Applebee’s quality at best. Not sure why the place has such great reviews. Not a lot of seasonings or quality in the food.
Me and my husband went out for what we were hoping to be a nice date night with great food. We were very unimpressed. I ordered the ribeye, which came out alot smaller than the advertised portion and he had the surf & turf (prime rib and king crab). His prime rib was about the thickness of 2 slices of bologna and when he broke into the crab,it looked like half of the meat was missing. When we came in ,it smelled like burnt plastic, and when we were being seated, she tried to sit us next to the kitchen,so we asked to sit somewhere more quiet, instead set by a table full of oil field guys, who were drunk and extremely loud. We paid over $200 for this meal. Due to everythign,we just paid the bill and tip and boxed our food up and left. .....needless to say,we won't be back.
The food was amazing and worth the price. The service we received from Ellie was fantastic. She was amazing and made our dinner experience that much more amazing. The prime rib melted in our mouths. The ribeye was mouthwatering and both meals were amazing. Glad we decided to choose White Mountain Mining Co for our dinner during our stay in Rock Springs this time. Worth the money.
The crab legs and service were great, sadly the appitizer was tasteless and the steaks were very tiny with no flavor. The dinner roll waa bigger than the steak.

We are from out of town and wanted a good dinner. The atmosphere was good- however the service lacked a lot. We never got our salads (3 of them) asked about it when we got our food and it was brushed off with an oops do you still want them. We never got refills on our waters (glass was completely empty), never asked if I wanted another drink, my husband had to stop the waitress and ask her for another drink. Our steaks- one was cooked perfectly the other two steaks were over done. For what we paid- the service and food was not worth it.

My wife and myself had a wonderful experience there last night and the food was excelent
Went to White Mountain Mining for brunch because we were told it was better than the dinner and we wanted to try it. It was our anniversary and we really wanted this to be good but unfortunately we will not be returning. I ordered the white mountain Benedict. A normal (cold) eggs Benedict is what came out. After I took a bite and realized it was ham, not prime rib, I asked the waitress about it and she said that she thought I ordered a normal eggs Benedict. She said that they could either make me what I ordered or I could get a 10% discount. I asked if they could just take the eggs Benedict off of the bill because I had not eaten it and it wasn’t what I ordered. At that point we had also been there for a very long time waiting for our meal so I didn’t want to wait for them to remake it. She told me they were only able to give me a 10% discount even though it was their mistake. All I had eaten was the side of potatoes because it was not what I ordered. If you do go, I would not order any of the eggs Benedict. The egg yolk was cooked all the way through and both of our meals meals were cold. It was also drenched with hollandaise sauce (way more than usual) . I would also make sure the server writes down or confirms your order again because it was a really disappointing experience and I wouldn’t want it to happen to anyone else.
