WY40 Inc, dba McDonald's

I have tried to get shakes on this trip and most places either are out or the machine is broken. This place did a great job, quick and hit the spot. Kudos.

When you have two high energy kids you improvise mom dates… we love our ”flapjacks and hash” and they love to play… so McDonald’s Playplace it is and the staff were so AMAZING today! They were so accommodating and very sweet! Such a great time with my girls!

Why is a large hot mocha so difficult. I always end up with caramel or just plain with no chocolate at all. This is a consistent error at every McDonald's in sweetwater county and Evanston. Mocha=chocolate people! I just don't get what's so hard.

Probably need to made sure people can read before they made food. Put a paper saying no shredded lettuce on two sandwiches, but left the mayo off and seems to have extra lettuce. Definately shouldn't be thinking they need $15/hr.

C'mon Mcdonlds what happin to the freshness of your product???? the burgers are cold the buns are hard the fries are cold, what happin to the fresh food like right after your new reopening man it was hot fresh and great and now i prolly wont be back for a couple more months....i waitin in the drive up for 10 minutes the guy hands me my drink says were waiting on new fries THEY WERE COLD AND THE BIG MAC aLSO bad bad food change your people or get someone to check your work
