Amazing atmosphere, Shirley and April were both very welcoming and attentive.

For appetizers we had mozzarella burrata and focaccia. For entrees, 1 snapper and 2 pasta dishes which were all delicious. Everything was well plated with a generous size, very reasonable prices, and fresh ingredients.

Highly recommend!

Passing through Saratoga for the night on a road trip. Came accross this amazing restaurant in this quaint hot springs town. We had our dog with us, so we couldn't dine in. They do have patio dining but it was getting cold so I don't think it is offered in the colder Fall and Winter months. I bet summer is great!

We ordered take out. Our meal was wonderful. Two different home-made fresh pastas, caesar salad, and for dessert - cannollis and tiramisu. Wonderful.

Hands down one of the best restaurants I've ever been to. Very reasonably priced for the quality.

This was my 3rd time here, I had raviolis the first time and thought the marinara and ravioli was delicious. The second time I had a fish special that was also very good. My family came up to visit me as I am up here for work, and we were all very let down. My wife didn't even finish her meal due to the lack of flavor and severely overcooked shrimp. My son's spaghetti lacked any flavor at all. Unfortunately I won't be going back to this restaurant, I should have listened to my coworkers when they disliked the meals they had received on the previous visits.

My wife and I came into town from Laramie, via OKC. We came for UW homecoming. I wanted you go over the Snowy Range and see Saratoga again. I heard about Bella’s, got reservations and looked forward to coming.
It was better than I had expected. Even with the great reviews. My wife’s steak was perfect. A difficult task. My food was delicious. But it was the cheesecake that makes this well worth the trip. I would drive the 13 hours again for that cheesecake.
Our service was exceptional. Everyone was very kind. We even had flowers and a birthday card for me and anniversary card for the two of us.
If you are anywhere close to Saratoga, WY or planning to be. Get your reservation and take the time to go to Bella’s.

We had a lovely meal at Bella's Bistro when passing through Saratoga. Everything we ate tasted fresh and delicious - I would particularly recommend the gnocchi strascicate. The cocktails were also fantastic.

Service was wonderful despite the restaurant being extremely busy. It is clearly a spot that is much-loved by locals as the place was packed on a Thursday evening, so I would recommend booking if you want to secure a table.

Stopped in, they are reservations only which we did not realize. However it was incredibly easy to be waitlisted a few hours.
We got in about 15 minutes early, quiet atmosphere, comfy space, great vibes.
The food and drinks were fantasic. The bread was so warm and soft, the oil-vinegar was to die for! We had the mushroom appetizer, which was fresh and delicious. Our main was the shrimp spaghetti, which had a bright flavor. Everything was absolutely yummy, not a single bad bite!
The service was impeccable. The moment our water dropped to halfway, they topped you off. Very polite, very quick staff, excellent crew all around! We enjoyed ourselves immensely and raved to our parents, who are out here much more frequently and need to try Bella's out. If you are here, you might as well, very suave spot.

Parking: Limited number of seats, parking is right next to and across the street from Bella's, all free!

Kid-friendliness: I would refrain from bringing children as it is a small, quiet ambience. There is no child menu and I imagine they actually are not allowed. Definitely an oasis for the adults.

Wheelchair accessibility: You should find yourself able to wheel around relatively alright.

Every time we've gone, they have been absolutely amazing! amazing staff, amazing food, amazing service! one of the only restaurants I'll travel several hours to eat at! it's that good! The pesto is perfect!

The people we met at the hot springs insisted that this is the best restaurant in town and was really great. All I can say is that the grading must be on a curve for restaurants within 50 miles (not a lot out there). As a supposedly fine dining italian restaurant the food was decidedly average.

Service was excellent though and we enjoyed the wine selection available by glass. There are not a lot of choices in the area and I do not doubt this is one of the better ones. Just don't go in expecting a really top tier italian restaurant.

We have been eating here since 2021 and always look forward to lunch or dinner. Our server tonight and in past visits is Camille and as a former server in restaurants and a restaurant owner I cannot rave enough about what a delight she is! Bella's entire staff add to an experience that is warm, inviting, friendly, welcoming, and hands down one of our favorite places to dine. The ambience is cozy and quaint. The bar and cocktails and desert finish off an enjoyable experience that will keep you coming back over and over.

The first time we ate at Bella's (2018) we were camped just a block north of the restaurant and the RV Park owner suggested eating dinner there. It was just 5 pm and as we entered the place we were asked if we had a reservation. It seemed a little silly as the place was deserted, but we persevered and the maitre d' went ahead and seated us with the provision that we would probably have to be done eating by 6 pm.
The dinner and the service were both excellent, and we were astonished as the place filled to capacity before we were done eating.
We were so happy with the food and service we remembered that this year (2024) when we planned a trip west again we included Saratoga just so we could eat at Bella's once more.
We both had different entries, and fortunately we saved the leftovers for the next night on the road.
The next morning we found ourselves stranded after our truck broke down in Saratoga and had to be towed 43 miles to Rawlins for service. Overnight boon-docking on the street in town we enjoyed Bella's once again, this time reheated in the microwave and served with a small glass of red wine right there on our sidewalk camp in Rawlins, Wyoming. Now I call that Glamping.
