Great food, friendly staff, and prompt service.. it was a busy weekend in the valley (skijoring), and the Cantina was swamped. They still gladly took our take-out order and were done in 20 minutes!

Food was good (chicken tinga was probably my favorite taco), service was a little slow, but she apologized for the wait. It was very busy on the bar side; we should've sat on the restaurant side because the smoke smell was a little rough for me but that was my fault.

We stopped in expecting a quick drink and snack. We decided to order the lobster mac, which was genuinely delicious. The chips and salsa were good, but our cheesy rice and beans stole the show! That rice packed some flavor, we couldn't shut up about how yummy everything was! Our margaritas were absolutely perfect, boozy, sweet, service with a smile, cannot say enough great things about how our visit went. 4 immaculate drinks, lobster mac, rice and beans, for $100 total plus tip. Worth every penny, as we had a great time. Located amongst the walkable downtown!
Vegetarian options: Plenty of options and ways to make your dish veggie! The rice and beans are actually very flavorful and great texture, there are salad options and more!
Parking: Downtown free street parking of course.

If I could give this place zero Stars I would. The lady who answered the phone to take my order was extremely rude ! The manager was extremely rude. My order was wrong they did not care they did nothing to fix it. Tried to ask questions about the menu and they were extremely rude about that too. Do not eat here

The shrimp tacos were super mid, the person who said they were the best of their life needs to get out more. ? The menu says "large grilled shrimp", but they were cut up into pieces, and there was basically no sauce other than pico. Chips and salsa was okay.
The place is a pretty dingy dive restaurant. Waitress was nice.

I was in Saratoga because I am biking the Trans America Trail. I had a delicious meal (a beef burrito) in the Catina and enjoyed a delicious margarita. It was very nice at the bar and I spoke to several local people. Their choice of different tequilas is also recommended. I also got a piece of their spare ribs. A delicious one, in short, I can highly recommend Cantina 2.0!
