I didn't stay at the hotel - I only ate dinner. The food was good, but the service was less than desirable. When paying up to $40 for a steak most folks expect good service. The waitress was clipped in her conversation, and walked away when we tried to request condiments, so we had to flag her down before our food got cold. Also, its very loud, so conversation was difficult. In summary - Food is great, service is not.
I stopped here for lunch this past Saturday (7.26.25). Very rustic, unique spot with friendly staff and great, affordable food. If you're in Saratoga, this historic spot is a must-see. Will be my go-to for food anytime I'm here from here on.
Had dinner and drinks here while in town. Bargan (My bad if misspelled) and Noelle were great! The atmosphere is incredible just like the food. Order the prime rib steak with roasted vegetables- you won’t be disappointed.
