I had a excellent lunch Oct.17th 2024. Great service and atmosphere. Delicious margaritas made by Katy, she is a asset to the establishment in all respects don't let her go you'd be losing one of your best employees.
I'll definitely be back.

The food was just good, hard to say it was anything special. The +30 minute wait from order to receiving the food was unfavorable. The waitress could have been new as she was a little confused about some menu questions we had. There's alot of missed opportunity with this place but it could be a nice atmosphere for the locals.

Great quiet atmosphere outside in the 54° weather. Lacey was a great server! The beer and caramel applini were good and the nachos were yummy. The prices are a bit high but that's expected for a small town.

Music is a wee bit loud but they played chill songs, so it was not too bad.
Pricing on food seemed a bit high, so we dipped out on dining in. We got a couple mules and those were pretty great, though service was severely lacking. We sat several minutes before having anyone over, seems the waiters only service the illuminated side.
Bartender was polite and worked steadily to get to everyone. Menu was pretty plain and did not do a good job of conveying what portions were like, as there are no images. Would stop back in for drinks!

Parking: Limited parking, but there is an easily accessible additional lot across the street, which isn't too busy.

Wheelchair accessibility: Seems there is plenty of room to get around and be accommodated!

Don't order the steak bites this is insane 3 pieces of steak not even the size of a quarter for 17 dollars really I have never in my 56 years of life seen such a thing. You people need to get real at that price steak would cost 100 dollars a pound. Very unhappy customer!!

Horrible service atmosphere and food. I don't ever write reviews on things but I felt like I had to on this one. The atmosphere of the restaurant is dark loud and stuffy. The waitress we had only checked up on us once other than taking our order. When I ordered my steak she did not ask me if I wanted medium well, rare, or well done. S
he didn't ask what salad I wanted which came with the meal or side, and left before I could say anything. When I finally got my steak it was bloody on one side of the steak and almost black on the other. There was barely any seasoning as well. I told them the problem and they said since I had eaten some of it I couldn't have a refund and it was on me. Terrible experience.

I am updating my review of this place. The first visit was really good. But ever since it has went down hill. Last time my family went a few weeks ago. And it was a waitress supposed to be taking care of us. They sat us. Then we did just that for nearly 10 mins before anyone paid us any attention. Mind you it was not packed at all. Finally came to our table and committed sorry we got confused on who was waiting this table. Like what? By the time she came we was ready to order our drinks and food. So we start saying what we want. And she stops us and says I got to get my pad to write this down. So she comes back we repeat everything again. And order a burger and fries to go. And we ordered the crab cakes as a appetizer. Takes a while for our food. And the crab cakes come out with the food. When you order a appetizer it should be the first thing to the table. It had already lost temp. And the meat on my wife's nachos had been sent to hell it self to be blackened burnt. She barely touched it. Anyway the girl was what seemed to be flirting with the guys behind us paying them more attention. Passing us up most of the visits and my cup empty sitting on the end of the table where she could see it. Never grabbed it to fill it up. I almost ate my whole main before I stood up with my cup walked and filled it up myself. And I paid the ticket waiting for my Togo order and nothing. Mind you she had to get her pad to write it down. I had to remind her why I had not left yet. And she says oh yeh I forgot. How do you forget when you write it down? The service sucks bad 0 stars. On the way out I made a complaint about it before leaving. And the woman who said she was the Chef's wife. And I told her the whole experience and how the last few visits it has gotten worse. And that I had to fill my own cup up on this visit. She wanted my name and number and for her husband to call me so I could explain to him also and try to make it right by covering our next meal. And to address the problems. And yup you guessed it never got that phone call. They don't want to fix the problem. So I will not be returning. Because clearly it starts up hill and trickles down. On top of the high prices like it's a 5 star restaurant. Updated note this review is also on the silver saddle restaurant reviews which I posted seven months ago. Because I didn't know this was the "correct profile". But note the chefs wife finally called Seven months later wanting to apologize and make it up to us because of this review reminded her of it. I declined to take them up for one reason only it took seven months to be addressed super unprofessional restaurant.

The server demanded to know why I was drinking a root beer and I informed him I was pregnant. He was pushy about ordering food when we only came for a drink. My husband ordered a beer and it was skunky and disgusting. Don’t waste your time or money here!

These guys used to have great pizza, and we would order takeout a few times per summer. The drinks are still good, along with the ambiance, but the pizza is terrible. Cardboard crust and Chef Boyardee sauce does not justify $25 pizzas.

I have eaten here a couple times and every time it was delicious. The appetizers are good the hamburgers are good the chicken wrap is good the french fries are good they have these little beef tip things those are good too.

Food is mediocre at best, especially for the money. Place was at least clean, had good outdoor seating, Cornhole etc. Wouldn't recommend the cocktails. Stick to the beers only and eat somewhere else.

Dude! If it looks that gross, throw it away! Don’t SERVE it!
Steak sandwich with “au juis”. Clearly the au juis didn’t turn out. For Pete’s sake, put someone in charge of quality control. Onion rings were good, steak was about 80% edible (lots of gristle) and beer flight was great. But as I watched the congealed au juis goo around my plate, I wondered where else did they cut corners.

Cool place to enjoy some decent food. Was a little upset with the slow service on a slow night. Also very disappointed in the cleanliness of the glasses (black spots all over my two pints of beer) and the produce sticker on my tomato topped it off.

Sad because Saratoga really needs a place like this. I wish they took more pride in their food and service. Our small Wyoming towns need good places to eat, but I cannot recommend this place in good faith.
