Went there yesterday with my sister and got a pumpkin spice frap and a chocolate banana milkshake, the frap tasted like armpit it was not good no pumpkin taste at all, the milkshake tasted sour/old. The customer service was horrible the blonde lady never said hello was very rude and was complaining to another customer saying she pretty much can't handle working a shift because it's just her and there was only 3 costumers in the store so doesn't make since. I've worked in the coffee industry small town busy drive thru only and have worked it on my own with lines to the street so not sure what she was complaining about. Definitely won't be going back

This place is seriously the cutest!! Great vibes everywhere you look. They even had a great corner for the littles to play while we wait for drinks. I wish I wouldn’t have taken of picture of it, but my new favorite drink is the Dubai strawberry drink and add coffee! (Even got my husband hooked on it lol)

We love coming to sunny cup when we visit the area. They have great shakes and ice cream and my kids love getting their boba drinks. Tonight is our last night here and we got there 30 minutes before closing and they refused to make us shakes….we were very disappointed.

SunnyCup is seriously a hidden gem! From ice cream to shakes and tons of other sweet treats, everything we tried tasted amazing. I highly recommend the Oreo shake—it was easily one of the best I’ve ever had. Rich, creamy, and full of cookie chunks.
The vibe inside SunnyCup is super comfortable and honestly really fun to just lounge in while enjoying your desserts. Now… full transparency… my family came along and decided to heckle the poor wall color the entire time 🙄. For the record, I think the wall color fits the place perfectly—it’s bright and inviting and matches the cheerful vibe of the shop.
So, to the staff and anyone else who was there: I apologize on behalf of my family. They were kind of a nuisance, but that’s just them being them. Thankfully, the awesome treats made up for the chaos.
Definitely a 5-star experience overall—I’ll be coming back!

Cute little ice cream shop, three couches inside, they have a lot of metal chair seating as well. Some music playing, mostly country/pop influenced. They serve more than just ice cream here, giant cinnamon rolls, other small bakery items, they do shakes/malts. They have a pretty good menu with lots more than I listed here.
Walking into Sunny Cup instantly put me in a good mood! The ambiance is so cheerful—bright, happy colors and such a sunny, welcoming vibe. You can’t help but smile being in there. I ordered the orange drinksicle protein smoothie and it was absolutely delicious—refreshing, flavorful, and just the right balance of creamy and citrusy. Such a super cute place with great energy. Highly recommend stopping by!

Great place for kids! They have toys and ample sitting just for little ones. The ice cream is delicious. My favorite is the strawberry milkshake. They had delicious looking GIANT cinnamon rolls and other pastries, I'll give them a try next time for sure!

I would have given 5 stars, but on our 2nd day to return here the following day, we were denied service because we were 5 minutes till closed. I know they got a clean up. But from this town and we were just looking to have a good time next time, you should treat out of town and all customers as if you want them to return. That's a good

I come to Sunnycup a LOT, and adore their drinks! The only thing I have to criticize is the fact that there’s an inconsistency in how their drinks taste depending on who makes it, especially their Lattes. Other than that it’s awesome!
