We stopped in Sheridan for massage after driving so much from TN. Birch caught our attention, needing a nice meal and looking for something delicious and a place to feel relaxed before driving again.Birch did not disappoint. Very good upscale restaurant in Sheridan WY. Very capable and friendly staff with excellent service. Potato soup and radicchio and endive salad were excellent. Duck 2 ways was very good. A few points off for pappardelle pasta dish served lukewarm, but very good flavor. Wine list very good and reasonable. Would return!

Our evening was superb! From the fun waitstaff, dreamy atmosphere to the amazing cocktails and incredible food, we had a wonderful time. We will be back and suggest for people to come try if you haven’t already.
