All I can say is this place is a class act. America needs more businesses like Bison Union.

This place is home to the best iced vanilla latte I have ever had. I seriously have not stopped thinking about it since leaving Sheridan. 10/10 is a must go place while in town

Stumbled upon this town and stopped in for an Ice coffee on my way to Wally World. After a bunch of stunningly beautiful and friendly baristas chatted with me about sticking around town and not leaving until after the town parade I did just that. Coffee was delicious, pastries were spectacular, atmosphere was great and they were right the parade was worth watching. Wish this coffee shop was closer to my home in NJ. I’d be there everyday.

Had the opportunity to make a few pots of their Back Country coffee while staying at an airbnb in Cora. My gosh. This coffee tasted as wonderful as it smelled. Had to order some for myself for my home. Will only be buying my coffee through Bison from now on. Delicious coffee. ?

Coffee was delicious! They roast their own! Great store with goodies all throughout. Loved the seating area. Hung out and chatted with other tourists. The atmosphere was welcoming with a Western vibe.

I’m rating the coffee flavor and the overall warmth of the environment. I got a Latte, it was okay, not horrible. The service was ok.

Veteran owned and operated. Best coffee shop in Sheridan. As a vet this is the most inviting and comfortable coffee shop I’ve been to, if you’re in the area be sure to stop in and enjoy a coffee and a spend a few minutes in back to see all the law enforcement and military patches.

Bison Union Coffee offers exceptional coffee; it's a testament to the spirit of Tatonka. As a veteran-owned establishment, it exudes a sense of pride and commitment which I love. The display of police patches on the walls adds a touch that my wife and I loved. Beyond the rich, bold flavors of their coffee, you'll feel a genuine connection to a community that values service and sacrifice.Bison Union Coffee is not just a coffee shop; it's a tribute to the bonds formed through duty, and every cup is a salute to those who've dedicated their lives to service.
