My Wife and I mostly came here to get some Cannolis made by the best! And they were Perfect as always. I also ended up getting a Bloody Marry and a Hamburger as well. The Hamburger was cooked PERFECTLY medium rare and was rich in flavor. The Boody Marry was 10/10 seeing a lot of places don't know how to make a good one. If you're hungry and looking for a good bite to eat with amazing desert, this is definitely the place to go! Highly recommend!

I called the best western not knowing that the 307 bistro was a separate entity and they said the 307 was open, I went there and the door was locked when I told the bartender he made a rude remark and was rude the whole conversation. That was the most ridiculous conversation I have ever had and wont go back there.

Great little bistro tucked away inside the Best Western. They have a nice comfortable atmosphere and the wait staff is friendly. Locals like this place as well. It's a great Sunday night place for dinner. Lots of TV's to watch the game as well.

Our party of 4 had 2 grilled salmon entre's a steak special and a dinner salAll these where very good. To top it off shee gave both couple a complimentery cheese cake to celebrate our 48th wedding anniversary

We really enjoyed our dinner at Bistro 307! The sirloin was cooked perfectly with a wonderful flavor. The sweet potato fries were the best I’ve ever had. Our waitress Crystal was very friendly and the service was prompt! I highly recommend eating here and I plan on going back again next year.

My family and I came in to eat while strolling through Sheridan, I do not usually write reviews but whom ever the little bar server is with pink-ish colored hair was VERY unpleasant.... the food was good but due to the level of service, kinda just made us want to load up and leave, we don’t see our family from Sheridan often so I am bummed this is how we spent our last night together.
