Don't let the gas station fool you there is Chicken inside these walls. Lol I would say that the best time to get your chicken fix on would be early in the day. We went in in the early afternoon and got OKAY product but I'm sure at least hoping this was not the best they had to offer. Chicken seemed dried out and yes they served lives and gizzards but the gizzards seemed chewy and dry. Not the best so I'm thinking if you got them when they first made them they'd be better. Differently worth checking out though.
ate at Champs Chicken in Horton Kansas and that was the rubbery nasty stuff I have ever ate no more that was gross refunds are good but they didn't do that still gross

nasty. sour. gross. The first time I went I must have caught the food fresh because i loved the green beans so much and the chicken was fire!! today the food was so sour i almost threw up. literally tasted sour and disgusting. when i took it back the register person just said ok, want the cash back? didnt look surprised at all. ew!

I just wanted to write this because I had something happen today that just blew my mind. I went into this place of business today 5-30-2019 at approximately 6:10pm looking forward to purchasing some chicken. The lights were off at the counter and the clerk advised me that they ( Champs Chicken ) closed at 9:00pm !!!!! That was almost 3hrs to go and they we're already cleaned up LIGHTS OUT!!! The clerk advised what was left was under some lights behind me, which amonunted to about 4 or 5 pieces. If I were the owner I would have dismissed both of them. Paying those people for doing nothing. That Chicken prep station looked like it had been closed up since noon. (Spotless)
