Food is hit or miss, sometimes its great, sometimes its old, soggy and greasy. They are privately owned so they don't have to and WILL NOT follow the DQ guide of the sales and special foods that the franchise runs, which is the most disappointing! If you ask them about specials or sales they are rude about it. It is very expensive for fast food, our meals for 2 people generally run from $30-$50, depending if you add treats to your meals or not.

Sorry, Dairy Queen! This review gets 3 stars, based on food quality and value. My chicken strips had obviously been cooked earlier, as they were room temperature and chewy. We were the only customers there and had to wait for them to cook the hamburger patties, which was no problem, but they could have dropped some new chicken as well. The total of our order was $55+. That was 2 large meals and 2 large Blizzards. Customer service was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!, but we probably won't make it our first choice again.

So today on Oct 2nd at 8 32pm thee young lady named Lily and a gentleman unknown name was playing around and not paying attention to the walk up window until a Manager asked if someone is there they both told them said no then turned around to confront me and I asked lily so no one is at the front right she told me I was at the front so I told her why did she lie then to the manager we placed the order and a few moments later I see one on making the blizzards using the knife to lob the cookies and cream chunkys at others, so for those how are reading this hope this help for your late night experience

Meals didn't come as described, prices were much higher than listed on the menu, workers were nice, food tasted good, offered a veteran discount...if the pricing was accurate and we weren't shorted food, I would have given 5 stars
