I would give zero stars... no deliveries for cash?! How is a single mom with no car gonna feed her kids? She can't get to a store . She lives in nowhere wyoming... Shame dominoes... for shame... I am very disappointed in you. I'll never order from you or try to again. 😞💯

I ordered on line at 5:04, I was following the tracker. Lillian was my delivery person in Sheridan wy. I’m standing at my door waiting at 6:05 it said completed and the driver was on her way back to store. I then called store and complained I got ok we will remake it and send it out. I said ok, so I talked to my husband that just got off a 11 hour shift wanting dinner that I would just go get it. I called the store back and spoke to Emily Ann she was very very polite and said that they would probably take care of my meal for me. I was pleased that it was gonna be taken care of. So I get to restaurant which was across town and my order still wasn’t ready. Then the driver comes in and proceeds to tell manager Dakota that she forgot my order in her car. No kidding I’m standing there complaining. So then Emily Ann says to Dakota we are gonna void her order he says no just take 20 percent off. She was trying but was unsure how to do it so he tells another young gentleman to do it. Long story short it took a hour and a half to get my order. It was 43.00 with delivery but I paid the 38.00 dollars the only thing that was taken off was the delivery fee. Because I picked up my order. I feel I should reimbursed my 38.00 for such a bad experience. I will be calling corporate if I don’t get response. A big shout out to Emily Ann which should be a manager of the store.

Ordered pizza from the Domino’s in Sheridan wy. Was an estimated 30 minutes however it took over an hour to get our order! Would not recommend. This is the 3rd time this has happened!

This store has always been forced to run short staffed through no fault of their own. They still managed to get my order to me in a timely manner. From the guy I spoke to on the phone to change my phone number after I put my number in wrong to the driver who delivered, and the staff that baked my pizza, your customer service excelled and was awesome! Keep up the good work Dominos Sheridan!!

Our pizza was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes but when we got there, they hadn't even started. They forgot it. It ended up taking 40 minutes and the staff didn't speak to us the whole time. No apology.

This is the first review I've ever done. I've ordered pizza from this location for 20+ years and even worked there for a couple years. That being said. I placed an order, waited 30 mins or so, drove to the store, and they told me 20-25 mins. I came back after 30 more minutes, and they looked at me as if I was a burden. They told me it was about to go into the oven. They said something about how other orders pushed mine back. I do not understand how that makes any sense at all. I ended up getting my order after about an hr and a half and I asked them about why my order got pushed back. They said that "timed orders" get pushed ahaid. I don't blame the employees per-se. But in my opinion, this is a messed up policy. I will no longer be ordering from dominos. But I do hope they fix this issue so others don't get gaslighted about wait times.

Today, June 12, I was in the store because my children like this pizza. What was my surprise? I ordered a pepperoni and pineapple pizza. Surprise mine. The person in charge was in bad taste. He didn't want to prepare it for me. First of all, I never ask for anything as a gift to receive. This manager in charge treats his employees, they cannot be in a business with a bitterness, they must attend to the customers apart from that, she was on a call from her phone and as if she was arguing with someone, it is really bad that they have this type of person in your business
