I went in on a busy night without a reservation. I was thankful to be able to sneak in and sit at the bar. The host was friendly and I was seated promptly.
The bartender was friendly when I spoke to them, but I wasn't really made to feel welcome. They were busy making drinks and talking to their friends at the other end of the bar, I had to flag them down for every step of the dining process: order a drink, order food, request silverware and pay my bill. I understand being busy, but it was a bit excessive.
I ordered a new fashioned cocktail to start. It was a tasty drink, but I was dissapointed to see makers mark bourbon used in it. For the price point, there are few better bourbon options that can be used.
For my entree I ordered the Porcini Ravioli with grilled chicken on top. Again, It was a delicious meal, and the presentation was top notch. I still had some minor complaints. Considering Porcini was in the name, I was expecting a more porcini forward meal, but instead it was a portobella forward meal. The description said a grilled portobella on top, but it seemed to be gratuitiously topped with sauteed sliced portobellas. As far as the pasta, it was about half ravioli and half tortellini. The chicken breast on top was slightly overcooked and dry. As I said, It was delicious, just misleading and not what I was expecting. The unsuspecting customer would be fooled easily.
I enjoyed the atmosphere. It was busy and front of house staff was bustling around with smiles. My first experience I was slightly dissapointed considering the price I paid. I will go back again and try other options on a slower night to compare. I won't make it a regular place to go alone, but it would be a good place to take someone on a date.

We usually frequent Frackleton's about once or twice a month and are very happy with the service and atmosphere. Servers are very friendly and attentive. Love their salads and drinks. We are trying to explore the menu under the new ownership, but it's been a little hit and miss lately. As for the miss, last night my husband ordered the Creamy Cajun Penne and added shrimp. He won't order it again as it was all pasta and only three pieces of shrimp. The star of last night's dinner was my mom's asian ginger ahi salad. She shared a bite and it really was delicious. I'll get that next time. All in all, it's still our favorite place in Sheridan to have a nice dinner and some drinks. We love the Frackleton's New Fashioned and the Key Lime Martini. Wine selection is great too.

Steak Sandwich fell apart. Bread was old and crumbly. Poor taste.
Waiter failed to place food order. Then let us set for 40 mins until we asked where our food was.

Nothing about our experience made me want to return. Food was alright but not exceptional, burger was dry and overcooked. Waitress almost made us feel like a bother to her. Asked for a water refill and then watched her walk outside instead of getting our beverages. Overall unexciting, and no draw to go back.

We were in Sheridan for the weekend if Born In a Barn and decided to to go to Frackletons for dinner. It was a very busy night, they had a large party for a wedding rehearsal dinner, and the restaurant was full when we got there. The hostess was great at keeping us up to date on when a table would be available to us. Even though the wait was a lot longer than what we were initially told, it was well worth the long wait. The staff was amazing, and the food was delicious!! Highly recommend and we can’t wait to go back.

First time here, visiting from out of town. Very nice decor, but can’t say the same for the food nor the service. My wife ordered the tri tip steak sandwich and it was terrible. The meat was basically all fat. The sandwich was impossible to eat due to the fatty meat on it. We waited a very long time for our dinner. The waiter checked on us very infrequently.

I had some bad experiences here over a decade ago but it’s so good now. I went for my birthday and the food was delicious, the ambiance was cozy, and the service was great.

We had reservations on a Saturday night and were seated promptly. Menus and drinks were brought out quickly, and overall the service was great from start to finish.
We ordered the brussel sprouts appetizer which was more than enough for two people. A bit disappointed because they were not crispy at all, despite crispy being in the description. The gochujang sauce was nice.
The house salad was great with a good mix of toppings and greens.
For entrees we ordered the mushroom ravioli and alfredo with chicken. The alfredo sauce was chunky and lacked flavor, with overcooked pasta. To add insult to an already poor dish, the chicken was dry and chewy, and was an extra $7. The ravioli sauce was thinner than most soups, and the filling was way too salty.
The total for our meal was over $110 for two people.
Pros, immediate seating and online reservations through Google, friendly service and atmosphere.
Cons, disappointing food.
The great service and atmosphere was overshadowed by the food.

Enjoyed a really nice dinner at Frackelton’s. We followed our server Angie’s recommendations and her selections were spot on! Started with the truffle fries, then the bison tenderloin entree and the spicy shrimp romesco for our main. Cocktails and dessert were also fantastic. Highly recommend all of the above, including Angie who kept us laughing throughout!
