Frackletons has always been one of my favorite places to dine and have drinks. It has seen many changes over the years, but with each change Frackletons has remained a destination I return to whenever I am in Sheridan. The quality menu is upscale without being pretentious and the service is exceptional. In fact, the hospitality factor is first rate! I will continue to recommend Frackletons as a primo place to meet, eat and drink.

WORST RESTAURANT IN SHERIDAN WY

I just had the 'worst' salad of my life. It was the pear salad, and it was the most bitter salad I have ever had. It was their homemade dressing. YUCK YUCK YUCK. They should use off the shelf dressing.

I told a few different people including my server. Their response was 'I'm sorry'.

My friend paid the check. After, I asked my waitress if they ever offer to take the salad (bad food) of the check. She said no.

Don't go ti Frackelton's at any cost, and tell your friends and neighbors the same.., there seems to be no respect for customers nor do they take ownership at Frackelton's.

Do yourself a favor and avoid Frackelton's at any cost.

BTW, the service really sucked as well. The service people seem nice, so maybe it's the kitchen as I had to wait 45 min for this bitter salad.

People, take ownership for your actions.

My favorite restaurant in town! As someone with a gluten allergy I appreciate their gluten free options. The cocktails are always unique and taste amazing. Daniel is the best bartender. Makes amazing drinks and has great costumer service. 😊

Food was exceptional, love the local beef & bison. Show kitchen was fun to watch, very professional. Taylor was our server and was knowledgeable about the menu and had great non alcoholic drink recommendations. Keep up the good work!

I had the best meal I’ve had in a long time here. We enjoyed the brussel sprouts which were delicious. I also had the Ribeye which was cooked to perfection. As a chef it’s hard to find many places that cook a great ribeye but this was one of the best I’ve had! Food was great and the service on point! Our server knew her stuff and was really friendly and professional. Her name was Taylor and again I would say hard to find that level of attention and professionalism. We WILL be back! Keep up the GREAT work!

This establishment is the best in town! The staff knows what they're doing and it shows. The ownership is invested in your top shelf experience as well.
Frackelton's is clean, welcoming and offers a great menu.

When you run an open-concept kitchen, you’re basically inviting guests to watch the show—so the performance better be solid. Sadly, this one felt more like a dress rehearsal that nobody was ready for.

We ordered a bowl of soup, a Caesar salad (hold the protein), and the Cajun shrimp special. I watched our ticket go into the kitchen the moment we sat down—perks of being seated right next to the action. The salad was whipped up in record time… and then left to marinate in the warm kitchen air for what felt like the better part of a Netflix episode.

By the time it made it to the table—accompanied by a fly who had clearly taken ownership of it—the lettuce had given up on life. Warm, wilted, with two lonely croutons and some Parmesan that looked like it had been sweating under pressure. The dressing had vanished somewhere into the greens, and I had to request more just to taste it.

The staff looked like they’d all been grounded before service—no smiles, no spark, just a room full of people counting down the minutes. Not exactly the vibe you’re hoping for when you’re trying to enjoy a night out.

On the bright side, the cocktail was solid and the location was lovely. So, two stars—one for the drink, one for the location, and a bonus nod to the fly for sticking with us through it all.

The service and atmosphere was great! The food and drinks were good, but I was surprised when I received my food. It was warm not hot; except the soup.
