Jimmy Johns sandwiches are always tasty, but don't expect this crew to go above and beyond. Requests for name labels go unnoticed, sandwiches never cut in half, and they'll wake up your sleeping house when they knock for a 'leave on doorstep' delivery. Food is excellent - service is not.

Edited to add: Removed two stars - sandwiches turned out to not even be right. As usual.

Staff was friendly and the food came out promptly. Food was good and our order was accurate. The restaurant needed some cleaning though. The floors were sticky and the men's restroom had paper towels all over the floor since the trash was overflowing.

The sandwich was made fresh, and the ingredients were fresh as well. I love their pickles. It's the bread, I really don't care fit the bread they use. They do offer wraps, but when I want a sandwich, the bread is so important. However, I do love their pickles!
