Brisket should be tender, fall apart, nice fat, not shoeleather. Now husband had ribs and they were good, tender,flavor full. For bbq to be done right, it should not need 2 things, sauce or a knife.

I just deleted my old review. So far I am liking KIP since it has changed to the new owners. Well I think it changed owners. Seems like I cannot get an answer on that. Either way it feels like they are finally getting it together. Before it was hit or miss on whether the pub was open or not. I have been there many times since my old review and never had to leave because of there not being any cooks.
The food has always been amazing but I think it is better than ever now. Hopefully the trend continues on an upward trajectory. It is now my go to place to eat. The beer selection could be better but really the beer distributors in Wyoming all suck for the most part. That’s not KIPs fault though. All in all I think everyone should at least try KIP because you will go back I promise!

Flour coated chicken tenders are great! Salads are fresh and very good! The pub is quaint and well maintained! Liquor store prices are higher than most stores in the area.
First time ever eating there.The food was delicious, but unfortunately I was double charged for my meal Guy at register said he would refund it.But when I checked my account the money was still taken off.Tried to call left a message.No one responded
