Luminous Brewhouse. A misnomer. It’s not just a brewery—it’s an institution. Sheridan’s living room, they say. More like its beating heart. A place where strangers aren’t strangers for long, and the air hums with stories and clinking glasses.

The vibe? Retro warmth with a splash of small-town magic. It feels like stepping into a sepia-toned memory, where families didn’t just gather—they lingered. Time slows here, smoothed out by good beer and even better company.

And the beer? Oh, the beer. The Roasted Pueblo Chili brew is alchemy in a glass. Smoky. Earthy. Just enough heat to remind you it’s alive. It doesn’t just sit on your tongue; it dances, whispers, *invites*. One sip, and suddenly you’re rethinking what beer can even be.

But it’s not just the oh-so-delicious beer. It’s the people, the laughter, the way the space breathes like it’s been waiting for you. No pretension, no polish—just heart. Luminous isn’t about chasing trends or followers. It’s about creating moments you’ll want to come back to. Again and again.

This isn’t a brewery. It’s a love letter. And the best part? You get to sign your name.

Great craft beer selection with root beer and kombucha on tap for non-drinkers. Family-friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Luminous is one of our favorite places to hang out and have a beer. I enjoy their High Country IPA's clean taste while my wife really likes their chili ale. They host a trivia night which is always fun and entertaining, and they have live music.
There is a nice outdoor space with tables and chairs, they also have Cornhole. Different food trucks park out front to provide something to eat as well

It's been a couple of months since I've been in and what a joy your new little beer tender is. Kayla is so spunky, friendly and happy, she's a delightful breathe of fresh air!!

I represent a local musician in the Wyoming area. We are very disappointed to have to give a bad review of the Luminous Company because of poor communication with local bands and singers and the fact that their email site does not work in order to book a show. My musician is moving into a national act and has played at Luminous in the past. Both phone calls and when talking to a bartender there, were ignored. We waited patiently for almost three weeks to receive an answer or to have a response from the owners.

It is unprofessional to not return calls and make sure that the artists are getting a fair shake at your small establishment. I hope in the future that Luminous and its owners will work on this area for their local musicians.

It is one of the best places to go in Sheridan for having a drink and meeting with friends.

My husband LOVES beer so we like to visit local breweries. While because of state laws etc being in WY they didn't have anything except soda/water for us non beer drinkers, my hubby said the beers were excellent. They allow you to bring in food, so we ordered mexican food from a restaurant just across the street, and they have a very big outdoor game area that our kiddos ran around and played in, and I had a very kind bar tender who really did try to help me find a beer I like. :-) Very cute brewhouse would recommend it to my beer drinking friends.

I've been to over 100 breweries, and LUMINOUS is BY FAR my favorite. The styles and flavor profiles of their offerings are AMAZING, the staff is super friendly, the vibe is very chill and relaxing. While most breweries will have a few new/rotating taps, The Lumi crew CONTINUES to surprise me with updated beers, as well as their classics (the Chile ale with a slice of lime, or the Black Mountain Coffee Ale are my go-to's). I cannot rave enough about how great Luminous is. If I ever move away from Sheridan, I'd come back just to visit Luminous.
