McDonald’s food can either satisfy or piss you off. The quality of the food can be warm and crispy or it can be cold and soggy. The fries are a good gauge.The service is iffy. It can be fast and the staff can be nice, or the food will take forever and the staff will be grumpy. The aesthetics are good and they are updating the restaurants a lot. The Coffeen location has a modern feel to it, and tables are where the Play Place once stood. The north side location is bigger and has both an eating area and a Play Place for the little ones. The restaurant can be either good or bad; you just have to make the most of what happens there. You're going there for the plot, not for the food. The first McDonald’s opened in 1940 in California. They are a chain food restaurant and they serve food all over the world. The small fry will cost you $2.39 all the way to a large fry costing you $4.87. The food is affordable but not as much as it once was. McDonald’s is always asking you to help: if not to contribute to a global cause, then to fill out an application. This might explain why your service or food quality might be poor. The food is good, considering.

Manager (rainbow hair) gave me the wrong drink (ordered medium rootbeer, gave me diet coke) I drove around the store & got back in line. He refused to trade it for a rootbeer without a reciept . I gave him the receipt. He tasted my drink lol. Then yelled at me for making him loose product. I told him he should have given me the right drink to start with and he yelled again saying that I should be nicer to customer service people. Probably not someone who should work in customer service. What happed to that being important? It was a stupid rootbeer- worth loosing business over? Ridiculous.

My father passed away in a tragic car accident lastnight, I haven't slept in over 24 hours, I did not feel like cooking dinner tonight so I placed a mobile order for my children. My order never came so I checked and it showed that I had already picked up my order in which I did not. I pulled up to the speaker and was told to then pull up to the window, I show proof of my order that I did not receive and your manager on duty Tonya told me they didn't receive my order and I would not be charged because they did not press accept. I was however charged and somebody accepted it because it was coming up as already being picked up. I then asked manager Tonya what corporates number was in which she claimed she did not know it. I then asked MANAGER Tonya what store number this was so when I did file a complaint I could try and get my refund, she guessed a number and wasn't even sure. Overall horrible experience to an already horrible day. Janky service, charged for receiving nothing and very poorly trained staff. I am NOT loving it.

Every morning that I go through the drive thru the people are very friendly and quick, the food is hot and always correct.

Started by going through the drive through ordered 4 mcdoubles and a large sweet tea. Got to window after about 20 minutes to find out they rang our order in wrong. No big deal we can take our buisness else where. Got through drive through went in to use restroom. It was filthy couldn't even use the toilets it is not busy at all. Not going to complain or cause a scene. It is not super busy we were one of three vehicles in the drive through. Just wow

UNBELIEVABLY RUDE!!! The lady that took the order was pleasant enough when we ordered. But that all changed when our order came out. Somehow, the number came out as 129 instead of 126 on our receipt. When I asked about the mix-up on the numbers, the same woman who took our order says, "I don't know, but that's not my problem. You have your order now." She didn't say it in a considerate tone but rather in a "I'm sick of my job and don't care anymore " tone. The guys standing behind me agreed when I told her that was very rude! He replied that it was extremely rude! When I asked to see her manager, she said, "I am the manager!" I asked her who she answered to? Who was above her that I could talk to? She refused to answer me. Instead, she says, "You have your order, and you can go now. Have a nice day." I asked again, and that's when the actual manager came out and said,"What seems to be the problem?" I told her about how rudely I'd been treated by the woman. She said she would talk to her about it. In the meantime, the woman told me again that I had my order and that I could go now. Like she was dismissing me. If that woman can't treat customers with respect, she shouldn't be working in a customer service position. Now for the dining room. Tables were filthy with food, and seats were cluttered with trash and food. The drink bar was pooled with various drink spillage. Usually, this Sheridan Wyoming store is very friendly and clean. But not this time.
