They don’t give a rats butt over here. Look how they made my Big Mac… bottom and middle bun had the usual burger patty lettuce pickles and Big Mac sauce but the top and middle bun had nothing. We didn’t realize until we got home since it was takeout. Cmon I know it’s Mickey d but y’all can at least make my order correctly and not skimp half my burger lol

We could have drove to a sit down restaurant, ordered, ate, and driven back to this McDonalds and still would have had to wait. Drive thru and takeout should not take 45 minutes. McDonalds needs to find some new management for this location ASAP.

My son's happy meal didn't get its fries, my deluxe crispy chicken was dry and bland, and the lady at the counter gave my husband a ridiculous amount of grief after he asked them to put the cheese on his (otherwise plain) double quarter pounder with cheese. The fries were decent, but that was about it.

Most companies get frustrated and catch an attitude when someone shows up close to closing. I got off work late tonight by the time I reached McDonald's it was around 1048. The young lady who took my order and cashed me out was calm and polite and the young man working as the manager was very polite and respectful it was a good end to a horrible day!
