My Mom and I were on a roadtrip through UT, WY and SD and we stayed at the Sheridan INN. We made reservations for the Open Range and I am glad we did because it did get pretty crowded. We had Ethan as our server and he was AMAZING. Attentive when necessary and never hovered or made us feel uncomfortable. He was happy to make suggestions and we were wise to listen. The drinks, dinner and dessert were all delicious and the service was AMAZING!
Historic, Historical steak house. Interesting ambiance. But a surprisingly limited menu. Limited wine options, so:so beer options. Few entree options but flexible with substitutions. One dessert! Great service. Will go back for the right event, right reason.
We had a delicious dinner, we were able to sit at a hightop in the bar, which was lovely. The menu was interesting, and there were quite a few things that we definitely would come back for. We were able to meet the chef, who was informative and gracious. Our server, Alex was charming. Not enough room for dessert, but it looked amazing!
