I came into Pizza Hut yesterday to buy a pizza after work. I was tired and I accidentally ordered the wrong crust. The manager was so nice He actually was amazing. Excellent customer service. He was more than willing to change the crust for me just to be kind. All the staff were super friendly. I really appreciated the service. My pizza was perfect.I will definitely be returning.

Did a takeout order for the $27 deal on any two pizzas with cheesy bread sticks and an order of wings! It was delicious, hot and fresh. Enough food leftover for the next day.

It was my birthday and pizza was ordered for dinner. The food was made correctly, cooked perfectly and was delivered in a timely manner. The food was hot upon arrival and absolutely delicious 😋. The gentleman that delivered my order on 4/16/2025, was friendly and gave superb customer service 💯😊

Got wings and they hardly put sauce in it thanks for the naked ass wings when there supposed to be sweet chili. This was also supposed to be a valentines that some one got for me just to waste their money. I’ve had so much better than this. I know it was probably busy but it still your job to do a good job. This is lazy, garbage and trash I’ve never left a review any where but this one definitely deserves it. Even the Pizza Hut in Buffalo would do absolutely better job then this

After half an hour past the time my pizza should have been delivered, we FINALLY got our food. We were quoted 20 minutes and it took nearly an hour to get it! I enjoyed my pizza but am very upset about the service. Whoever owns Pizza Hut in Sheridan, please do better. Give accurate wait times. I don’t even live that far, just like 6 minutes away! Over 30 minutes for a 6 minute drive is ridiculous!!

Ordered delivery as I was passing through. They switched the order to door dash. This is now the 6th door dash order I’ve not received. If I wanted Door Dash I would have ordered Door Dash!

Stopped in at this Pizza Hut passing through Sheridan. It was so refreshing to open the door to friendly staff and a clean very well kept dining room! Clean restrooms and a great environment for a family meal!
