Took my 5 year old here for dinner on a Saturday, the place was surprisingly empty, sat on the patio, got to hear another patron with a very limited vocabulary, the food was mediocre, service was almost non-existent, and we paid $50 for a burger, grilled cheese for the kid, and two sodas that never got a refill. Even if they did, I'm sure we would have been charged more, (they have canned soda)

I heard good things about Tge Pony, and it did not disappoint. The servers were very friendly and helpful. One of them immediately offered to help me lift my wife's wheelchair up a couple steps so we could sit outside. Even though we had an assigned server, three others stopped by to check on us. It wasn't overwhelming, but we felt looked after. The food was delicious, good portions, and fairly priced. I will definitely go back!

Came to Sheridan for work and found this place downtown and it's great! The outside deck seating is amazing and the food was great and the service was fantastic.

By far the best steak samwich in Wyoming. Perfectly cooked(med rare) great portion size and the mash potatoes OMG.
The guacamole burger was great and perfectly cooked, just like the onion rings. Delicious food with a nice option of seating and food to choose from that doesn't cost too much. Just not the place to go if you like your bottomless soda refills, as their soda comes in cans, which can get pricy. No biggie, but a nice little heads up. Bright side you can choose from Coke and Pepsi products, and you get that delightful bar ice with them. Will certainly be back for the kind and attentive staff and great eats.

The food was really good! Nice environment. However, didn’t really appreciate being served 16oz beers the first round and 12oz beers the second round and being charged the same price for both. We made a comment to our server and she said something like “yeah there are different cups laying around and they just choose one. I thought they looked like different sizes. What do you want me to grab you 3oz beers or something?” Excuse me? It really wasn’t that big of a deal until she made that comment, we were just curious and pointing out the OBVIOUS size differences. We come to the pony every time we are in town visiting family but this makes it hard to come back if we are going to get gypped and snide comments in return. Besides that, kudos to the cooks!
