It's a fast food restaurant. But I totally love the food. Sometimes you get food prep person who is happy about being there and other times not so much. I get kind of frustrated that all they do is throw your food in a bowl and give it to you and you go sit down there's no service involved but yet they expect a tip and they ask for a tip when you pay.
I haven't been to a Qdoba in years and was pleasantly surprised. They were busy at lunchtime on a Saturday, but the line moved steadily. I had birria tacos, and liked that there were pickled onions as an option for toppings. The spicy diablo queso was good, it had a little heat but wasn't overly hot. The staff were attentive and friendly, and even with a larger volume of people at lunch there was still plenty of open seating.
The place was clean, the service was prompt...The food was very tasty,but the person who served my husband was generous with his bowl...my bowl was probably half the size of his from a different server...
