Service is good. Foods? Meh...ordered hibachi steak and scallop. Tiny scallop and way too much sauce. Side noodle, too oily. Fried rice (one of the worst that i ever had).

Decent food but a disappointing experience. I'd asked for a hibachi dinner when I entered the restaurant but the server didn't seem to understand me, and seated me at a regular table. As it was my first time at Sapporo, and i couldn't see the hibachi tables, I instead ordered a tempura combo, which was good, and the new crab parcel starter, which was too creamy and only faintly tasted of crab. Later I could hear a group at a hibachi table, and wondered if it was because I was a party of one that they didn't open a table for me. I guess I'll never know

Sapporo Sheridan is a gem here! They’re known for their hibachi shows and sushi selection. We had lobster, filet mignon, chicken and sushi sashimi during our meal. Everything was super fresh and the seasoning was superb. Their dipping sauces complimented each protein and I love their house salad. This restaurant is a great place for family celebration’s or a night out. I enjoyed the ambience and the great view of Sapporo. The staff were extremely friendly and diligent. We had a wonderful time here and we look forward to more fun memories in the future!

I'm done. I got diarrhea almost instantly after eating my sashimi lunch. I should have stopped eating it when I noticed that the salmon tasted off. This is the 2nd time in a row. I'm also tired of being told I have to pay extra for a normal amount of wasabi and ginger with my sashimi bc someone decides to put an abnormally small amount in the my meal. Tired of the attitude altogether up front from the female. I frequented the restaurant for years. Portions are smaller. They make more mistakes. The restaurant isn't as clean. They rush you at the Hibachi. The rice is similar to Minute Rice. Overall, they went downhill. I'm done.

Honesty kind of rude. Called to ask if they could check their booths to see if they found any keys as they were the last place they could of ended up. Got hung up on because it was the second time I asked, but only did because I've looked everywhere else that I was at yesterday.

I was served a plate that was caked with old food residue and smears from dirty hands. This is not just unpleasant but a serious health risk, as it can spread bacteria and disease. After pointing it out and leaving my food, I wasn’t offered a clean plate or fresh meal. Very concerning lack of hygiene and customer care.

Sapporo had good food and good wait staff. The manager is visible and frequently checks on his guests. The hibachi grill is fun and the cooks are fun and kind. If you live in our visit sheridan Wy, you should check this place out. Easily in my top 3 placed to eat in town!

Food was pretty good. Would recommend their steak. It was one of the most tender pieces of meat ive ever had. I got the yakisoba and it had plenty of meat which is nice but not as much broccoli or greens.
