Sapporo Japanese Steakhouse

They had one good waitress, the rest are lazy. They made you wait, then they bring your food without utensils. The most annoying thing is the door dash ringer when someone orders food. They let it ring up to five minutes. After the third time I said something. They appollowgized but it keep ringing. Either have someone up front to shut it off or move it to a location where people are located. Some servers just ignored it. That's the frustrating part.

The food is decent. Not the best I've ever had, but also not the worst. Had the lunch hibachi. My only issue is that there might have been 3oz of protein at most. I ordered shrimp and steak and there were only 4 small shrimp and maybe 5 small pieces of chopped steak total. I understand it is a lunch portion, but I'd still prefer to have a little more protein included.

The sushi is to die for !

I went for the first time yesterday, and when I tell you the food is amazing?! It’s FANTASTIC! I was so full but didn’t want to stop, it was that good. The staff is so sweet, they absolutely loved my son 💞 made him balloon animals and made sure he had a good time too. It’s a little pricey, but the money is completely worth it for the food and the service. I’m allergic to pineapple. And they were so accommodating to that! Can’t wait to go again. 💚

I’ve been to every Japanese steakhouse in Wyoming and frequent them weekly. I had a bad experience at this restaurant previously, but decided to try to give it another shot today. I was served almost completely raw shrimp and chicken as well as way over cooked fried rice, I will never return this location ever again.

I enjoyed my meal and the service was great! My only complaint was that the spicy tuna wasn't spicy.

It is OK...ish....supplies stacked on chairs where the sushi bar is, the place is looking worn. Had the chicken and steak, rice, salad, mushroom soup and veggies. It was OK....they use so much oil on everything. Had a Mai Tai, super, super sweet, almost like Mai Tai syrup, if there is such a thing. One drink, meal and 20% tip, $47... so, meh.
