Decent food but a disappointing experience. I'd asked for a hibachi dinner when I entered the restaurant but the server didn't seem to understand me, and seated me at a regular table. Sapporo Sheridan is a gem here! They’re known for their hibachi shows and sushi selection. We had lobster, filet mignon, chicken and sushi sashimi during our meal. Everything was super fresh and the seasoning was superb. Their dipping sauces complimented each protein and I love their house salad. Sapporo had good food and good wait staff. The manager is visible and frequently checks on his guests. The hibachi grill is fun and the cooks are fun and kind. If you live in our visit sheridan Wy, you should check this place out. Easily in my top 3 placed to eat in town!
