They have all the things; specialty drinks, lattes, smoothies, bakery etc. Have tried many times over the years and this is not a good “coffee” spot. Today ordered a triple americano in a 12oz cup w a splash of heavy cream. It tastes like coffee tasting water with cream.

I stopped for coffee and a pastry between doctor appointments and was shocked by how disgustingly dirty the place is. Its located in a hospital, and considering many of their customers are likely to be ill, the uncleanliness was surprising. There were dirty dish bins on the tables, and all of the tables were dirty. I assumed they had just been through a rush so I ordered, but the moment I stood waiting, the condition of the cafe became more concerning. There was caked dust on a stand that holds water bottles and food items, weeks worth of dead leaves on the floor around a live plant, food and liquid splatter on most of the walls/windows, trash bins dirty/overflowing… every visible surface was grossly dirty and unsanitary. The food I ordered was inedible and looked to be weeks old.
Leaving this review as a concerned individual hoping hospital management does something.

Every time I have gotten food from here the stickers on the food containers are not right and for someone with food issues it's not ok. I will not be back after a 3rd time of getting the wrong food based on a sticker that's wrong.

Visiting the Sidewalk Cafe is such a pleasant experience! The staff is very friendly, the music is inviting, and they have fun and unique coffee flavors without being overly sweet (IMO). Not to mention, they're super affordable. Definitely check out this hidden gem for your next caffeine boost!

2 young girls too busy on the computer with their backs to the counter to notice me. Finally I sd excuse me. Asked them questions about product and prices. Short answers and not friendly...acted like I was bothering her. Didn't even say anything after I ordered. Just left counter. Luckily I knew to go to next room to pick up. Same unfriendliness there. One young girl put my drink on counter and left. I had ordered another item and I didn't even have a chance to tell them I didn't get it. So 2 different young girls in the back and once again had to yell excuse me. When she came out I said I didn't get my bread. She sd I didn't know u ordered one. She put it on counter and quickly went in the back again. Again like I was bothering her. ? Update: after leaving my negative review the management reached out to me and sent me a gift card. I went back and this time had a salad and iced tea. Glad to say the employees this time(different people than last time) were friendly and helpful. The only problem I had was the salad I chose from the refrigerated section didn't have the items in it that were listed on the label. Due to the large label and condensation on the container there was no way to know this until I opened it up. It was missing blackberries blueberries candied walnuts cucumbers and egg all of which were listed on the label. Of course this was disappointing. Took it to the young lady working there and she let me pick a different salad. However that one was still missing the cucumbers and egg. Sigh. I just accepted that and didn't tell the lady. But if u put it on the label it should be there. Disappointing but I will say otherwise the salad was fresh and very good. Also much appreciated that the management cared enough to reach out to me and made things right. Upgrading from 1 to 4 stars.

The shorter blonde woman who took my order recommended a wonderful drink! My order was served quickly and tasted great. The customer service was fantastic.
