The wait time was long, so we mobile orederd and went to get gas. The girl made one drink in my order and then let the other one just sit while she made other mobile orders that came in after mine. When I finally got the second drink, it was made with the wrong milk. I know it's busy, but now I see why the wait time is so long - they can't finish single orders.
Always out of most of the food and the coffee is almost always not what you ask for (at the Sheridan Starbucks)

Consistently the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. I order very simple drinks straight off the menu and I consistently get the wrong thing

Please stop making the hot drinks people order iced! I order hot i don't want to microwave my coffee when I get home after taking the ice out. Gross
Starbucks in Sheridan has really lost all of the quality it used to have. The service is incredibly bad and there is little attention to getting orders correct the first time. Waits are long and mass confusion seems to reign.

Staff was somewhat loud and obnoxious and only somewhat friendly at times but always a good drink so I can't complain too loudly. :)

I'm incredibly disappointed in Starbucks here the last few months. They are constantly closed in the mornings, my drink is constantly incorrect and I feel like my everyday business is being pushed elsewhere. The wait time has been through the roof as well. I've been going to the Starbucks in Sheridan since they opened and never been this disappointed in my drinks or service. I don't know what changed but it's not working.

Update - gave another shot and it still sucks. Almost 30 minutes because she couldn’t do a balance of mobile and indoor orders. Had to ask for the drinks and she hadn’t even started it. 2 drinks and I should have tasted them before we left. No flavor and sucked!!
Last 2 visits and the drink orders are wrong. First was a cold drink instead of a hot drink. This time the frappes are like water. Nobody is in getting drinks and nobody at the drive thru, but take 20 min because they are too busy wondering what is in a box that was delivered. Had to ask for the drinks so they finally made them. 4 people working and yet nobody was working.

Avoid. Worst Starbucks I've been to. Over a 30 minute wait. They prioritize mobile orders over people in the store.
I stop here often when I work my night shift. Tonight I stopped and a female said, “I’ll be right with you”… I sat there for 10 minutes (I timed it) and a different female got on the speaker and said, “have you been helped?” I was the ONLY one in line. Got to the window, there was one person at the counter inside. The two girls looked new, hadn’t seen them before. I waited and waited. I ordered a pink drink and an ice water FULL of ice. Watched her make the pink drink, have never seen any of them make it like that and then the water she filled with just water and NO ice. When I asked if she could fill it with ice, you could tell it annoyed her. Neither of them were very friendly and I sat at the window for 15 minutes. Total of 25 minutes! I almost just left. I understand having new employees but neither of them were friendly. Pretty frustrating.

I went into my local SBUX for the first time in possibly years, and the difference was notable. Firstly, I feel bad for the employees who, bless their hearts, were working as hard as possible to keep up with demand while maintaining some facade of enthusiasm. Secondly, the product (a large latte and a breakfast sandwich) were both of very good quality. I guess my complaint falls in this tertiary slot, which seems appropriate, as looking around at the removal of comfortable seating, replaced by a paucity of torturously hard wooden chairs (is this a premium coffee joint or a parochial school, I wondered), gave me the distinct impression that on the company's list of priorities, in-store traffic seems also of tertiary importance at best.
Again, no offense to the employees, I work in retail pharmacy, the struggle is real. However, ordinarily I brew Peet's at home and only changed things up on a whim, one which likely won't come along again.
