The coffee/tea is great and the staff is usually very friendly, however the listed store hours on google don’t always match the actual store hours. There have been many times the store/drive thru is closing or has already closed early. It is kind of a bummer.

Ordered three drinks they were all three wrong. We have been sitting in the drive-through before we got our drinks for 39 minutes. This is insane. They got three girls in their working basically doing nothing and laughing at the customers whenever they leave because they’re mad management needs to step in and show these girls how to do their job immediately. This is out of line, I understand Good help it’s hard to find but these girls clearly have not had proper training and they are taking forever

The store was very dirty and out of over half the product. The front doors and windows were filthy and cloudy, you could barely see out. Floors were filthy from yesterday or more? We had to wipe our table off and it was so sticky with buildup it didn't feel clean at all. I won't be back.

Bathrooms very very dirty! Door lock broken on one. Pretty disgusting. Not starbucks usual style.
Waited over 20 minutes for a double shot espresso with cold foam. Finally went and got a refund and left. Do not recommend stopping here. There was 1 worker out of 6 making drinks?? Others just talked with each other or stared at the one making the orders. Wild. Honestly it was quite comical but would not be if i was in a time crunch

I believe this store has gone done hill over the last couple of months. It never looks clean, and it's super cluttered with boxes. While at least the service is still friendly, it can take someone a good while to even greet you. You used to be greeted right when you walked through the door. I really wish the store gave you an option yo cancel your mobile order when it takes over an hour to complete. There's no way to cancel and get your money back, your either out a huge amount of money or have to wait. I really hope they can find good help to get them back to the standards they used to have.

I've been coming here for years and the service has always been decent, even as it's gotten more and more hectic. However, today's customer service was horrible.
I placed a mobile order thru drive thru (if you do it in store you'll be waiting close to 40 min), I was given a 30 min estimate for pickup, I killed time, got in line, after 16 minutes of waiting in drive thru, I got to the window and they didn't have my drink. They made it on the spot, it's horrible. I always get this drink. When I asked for a splash of cream I was told no. I've always been able to make a drink right at Starbucks, I'm very disappointed in this VERY YOUNG staff's attitude. If I spend 3 gallons of gas worth on coffee, I'd like to enjoy it on the rare treat that I get it.
