I was so happy when I saw that Starbucks was combining my two favorite things, horchata and coffee. But I was so sad with the result. It didnāt taste like horchata at all :(

I had to wait over 20 min for a standard beverage because the entire staff was prioritizing mobile orders. I watched dozens of orders sit on the counter while my order was shuffled to the bottom. I only got my order because I mentioned it to one of the staff. A very poorly run, cramped store with friendly staff who are having to meet unreasonable corporate metrics and the customer who wants an in-store experience draws the short straw.
