The coffee/tea is great and the staff is usually very friendly, however the listed store hours on google don’t always match the actual store hours. There have been many times the store/drive thru is closing or has already closed early. It is kind of a bummer.

We visited this Starbucks location in Sheridan a while ago, they have quite a few parking spots and a drive thru, there are a couple of tables inside, we just ordered take out.

I believe this store has gone done hill over the last couple of months. It never looks clean, and it's super cluttered with boxes. While at least the service is still friendly, it can take someone a good while to even greet you. You used to be greeted right when you walked through the door. I really wish the store gave you an option yo cancel your mobile order when it takes over an hour to complete. There's no way to cancel and get your money back, your either out a...
