Generally clean, and pleasant enough staff. Though they lean young and distracted. Orders are usually correct, but also usually cold. I rarely feel like I get anything fresh here. Stuff always seems a few hours old. And although a few staff are on point, most seem very distracted and not present.

If I could give this establishment zero stars I would. This is our third time given this place a Try. The first time we came through, we were told it would be a 15 minute wait for any food we ordered because they’re short staffed. We were in a hurry so we chose to go somewhere else. Second time we tried We went inside to eat, and that was a bit better. Here we are again, trying it out, hoping that this time would be As good as the second time, if not better because the second time was still meh. Now here we are sitting in the drive-through line stuck and can’t leave tired and ready to hit the road. And we’ve been sitting here for over 15 minutes. There’s only been two cars in front of us in which one moved on pretty quickly. This is definitely not fast food. I forgot to mention the second time we came through. I asked the lady for a few extra napkins and she told me “ The answer would usually be no, but she’ll make an exception for me”. I asked her why and she said she she’s only allowed to give out so many napkins per order per Customer. I don’t even know why she mentioned it just give me the napkins or don’t. She tried to make me feel like I was getting special treatment for two extra napkins.

Wish I could give it less than 1 star. Food took incredibly too long to come out. Overheard employees speaking about not wanting to make our food and refusing to make parts of it. When we got our order, we were missing multiple items that the workers just talked about. Not good service at all.

So disappointed in the crunchy, chicken and potato burrito Told the manager about it, and she said this was store policy on how it was made., my burrito was flat and there was hardly nothing in it for the price. I could have gone and ate at a mexican restaurant and paid two dollars more. I will not be back

Standard Mexican food chain restaurant. The service was good and the facility was clean. I think you will do Ok having a meal there, but don't expect a taqueria experience.
Service was excellent and food was great. I was passing through Wyoming and read online that potatoe oles were worth a shot. Was totally worth it!

We stopped on the way through for spring break. Nice big clean lobby, food was fast and fresh aside from the churro which was a little hard and difficult to eat. Had lots of space for bigger groups too. Easy access off the interstate and lots of parking as well as wheelchair accessible. The parking lot was plowed well despite the snows attempt to bury Sheridan 😅 great spot to stop with a huge variety of grub for all the picky eaters.

The absolute worst taco John's! The employees were all outside! Food took forever, several people walked out even after paying! The line was out the door and yet no one would take orders. Once they all came inside all the employees hid in the back making themselves something to eat

We stop here every year on our way home from Montana at Christmas. It's a tradition and we look forward to it. Today we paid $50 for food we literally had to throw away it was so bad. My husband had the 'Max".burrito substituting ground beef - they uncharged for the ground beef and then didn't put it in the burrito - it was a tortilla full of soggy rice. My kids and I had softshell tacos and I took one bite and took them away from my kids. The ground beef was still cold and tasted old. If we weren't on our way down the road I would've gone back for a refund - this tasted like a food poisoning special. Its too bad the quality of this place has gone so downhill. The only redeeming items were the oles and the churro.
