Omg what an amazing little hidden gem! I wish this was closer to my home. If i get back to Sheridan again I'm coming here! I mean obviously the wine tasting set up is genius and a great deal to try before you buy. The selection is on point for sure and constantly updated with new items. The staff was fabulous and friendly. The selection at the liquor store was off the charts! But seriously i have to tell you the absolute deal clincher for me was the food here. The pizzas were freaking delicious and paired SO good with the wines. Grapes on a flatbread, who knew that could be so good. It was heavenly. ???????

The Tasting Library is a cozy nook where you can try more than 50 different varieties of Scotch, American whiskey, and wines from all over the world! It may seem a little confusing at first but they explain it to you and it's so easy! You simply add funds to a drink card then try any libation that looks interesting that day. It's self serve and you can choose from 3 different portions. I tried 4 different whiskeys for the first time, including a Pappy Van Winkle 23 year old!!!
