There was a kid running the register with a bad attitude trying to fight a coworker. When he took my order he was complaining the whole time and messed up. The store was also kinda dirty and one of the soda machines locked up when I tried to use it.
The experience would probably be better if that kid wasn't there

So I pull up, 3 cars, including my own, I am waiting for about 20 minutes. I order medium frosty, medium fry and grilled chicken ranch wrap and a Cinnabon thing. 16.09. Fry taste like old grease, chicken harder than dick, foreign objects in frosty, Cinnabon dry. He hands me my change, he drops a coin, I say don't worry the birds will eat it. He says nothing. 0/10 experience.

Only one in line inside. Stood for 10 minutes with no one even saying they would get to me in a few minutes. Just ignored. Would have spent $40-50. Walked out shortly after another person left after waiting with same treatment.

Absolute garbage service. Ordered delivery and they left out 2 of our items. Apparently their frosty maker was down but they didn't seem to bother to tell anyone. I sent the driver to go get the item and instead of taking responsibility the "manager" tonight "wasn't told" the machine was down then started complaining about getting 6 door dash orders at one time. He works at one of the most nationally recognized fast food restaurants in America and he couldn't handle 6 orders without using it as an excuse and was focused on closing. Since when does closing40 minutes early more important than customers that are paying more to have the food delivered. I told him he could just say sorry instead of feeding of excuses and he refused to speak to me further. Completely unprofessional. If he can't handle a handful of orders he shouldn't be closing much less a "manager".

They won't tell you if they are closed. They don't turn off the sign. they won't turn off mobile ordering either, so you can drive all the way across town only to be told they are closed by a robot(when their signs are still on). Don't order chicken when it isn't busy or they will give you dry chicken that has been heated for hours.

I order my food a special way and always make SURE it is entered right on the screen before I pay. After my order was messed up, I kindly asked for the incorrect item to be remade, and one of the cooks started rudely tearing into me, saying that if I wanted something other than normal I should have asked for it. What an absolute terrible customer service experience. This place should be ashamed.

I like the chocolate frosties. It took 4 stops to actually get one because the machine was down. I finally got my frostie on the 4th visit. It hit the spot after trying for a few weeks. LOL I enjoy some of the food from time to time. The burgers don't sum t be as juicy as they used to be and the fries are on, but
the chocolate frosties are definitely the draw for me.

Don't stop here or waste your time. Literally waited 45 minutes, 1 person ahead of us in line. We were 20 minutes to order and 25 before we got our food poor girl on the till was in training left on her own and apologized constantly...not her fault. I watched car after car go through the drive-thru. Food was cold and very sub par even for fast food. Worst Wendy's ever, could've went for a sit down meal quicker.

UNBELIEVABLY RUDE manager on the night shift!!!! When asked if we wanted cheese and onions on a large chili, we said yes to both of them. We get to the window and pay for the food. When we checked to make sure everything was in the bags, NO ONIONS AND NO CHEESE!!! We asked about it and were told that cheese is an extra charge. We said we paid for it already, and the cashier who had no clue as to what we ordered called the shift manager over. The manager says it isn't on the order, so if you want it you have to pay for it. We asked who took the order, AMAZINGLY NO ONE KNEW WHO TOOK THE ORDER!!! THE MANAGER WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND ABSOLUTELY RUDE WHEN SHE SAID, IM NOT GOING TO ARGUE WITH THESE PEOPLE. TELL THEM IF THEY WANT IT, THEY HAVE TO PAY FOR IT. Eventually, and after holding up the line for 10 minutes, they gave us cheese and onions in very tiny condiment containers. WENDY'S, IN SHERIDAN WYOMING, DOESN'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT GETTING MY ORDER WRONG AGAIN BECAUSE I WONT EAT THERE AGAIN. Hopefully, the owner AND the store manager reads this review and takes care of this problem for the next person that orders chili with cheese and onions!!

The hardest thing for these people to do is read none of them can get an order right I mean seriously how hard is a burger with ketchup and mustard on it it doesn’t take that much brain power to read but apparently not one single employee there can read not to mention I sat in the lobby for 15 minutes before someone would even take my order seriously get your shit together
