This Wendy’s was really good for most of my life, unfortunately after Covid it took a nosedive. I decided to try again after a few years, and it might be the worst fast food I’ve ever been served. Shamefully awful. Old rock hard French fries, and a doublestack on a dried out bun. Everything bone dry and pathetic. Never will I spend money here again. Embarrassing.

Spicy chicken combo. Absolutely disgusting. Overdone dry And gross. Fries were stale. This isn’t the first time I’ve been consistently disappointed with this place.

The service here was terrible. Dirty counters, dust everywhere, and the bathrooms were a jungle. It took our 7 people to wait over 45 minutes for our food, and it’s not like they were slammed. The fries were cold and they forgot to add multiple items in our bag that we ordered.
We love Wendy’s but goodness this is a rough one.

I would give zero stars if I could. The African American man at the counter wearing a black head rag refused to make eye contact with me or take my order. I was the ONLY customer in the restaurant so after 7 minutes of standing there being completely IGNORED I turned around & walked out. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I will never set foot in there again.
This place is a joke. I went the other night and it took 30 minutes just to pick up my mobile order because I guess short staff which wasn’t an issue I’ll let that one slide. I went this morning to get breakfast and this woman who had on the fakest smile ever told me “next time ask for ketchup at the speaker so it doesn’t slow the line” like it takes 5 minutes just to put ketchup in a bag or something. It literally took her 2 seconds. I’ve always asked for condiments at the window my whole life. Train your employees better in customer service. Worse fast food place in Sheridan.

Tried to order thru drive thru.... Waited 20 minutes and nobody took our order at 10pm when they close at 12am. Drove around to the window leaving the parking and one car waiting for there food and one of the employees was counting the till at the register in front of the customer. very rude
