Both my boyfriend are in agreement this is possibly the worst McDonald's in America, our orders are frequently wrong and you always have to pull forward 😂 Frequently soggy or cold fries, just recently we ordered a double filet o fish meal with extra pickle, receipt and box say it but when you open it up, it's a single filet with two pickles. I know its just a fast food joint, but could the people even attempt to care?

It took a few tries, but I ordered a double with no salt, no cheese for a keto meal. First pass, I could hear staff had added salt. They said pull forward, we're making fresh burgers for you. Cool. Burger came out with cheese. No go. 3rd time I got plain , no salt burgers. I pitched the buns. I avoid the high salt cheese, sugar and salt loaded buns. Let food be thy medicine.

We stopped then & took our ‘iced coffee’ back in-for an exchange-it was just watered milk-no vanilla flavor-no coffee flavor either! The girl was instantly super snotty-wouldn’t wait on us-went around the corner & wouldn’t come out! Thankfully a caring co-worker embarrassingly came out & corrected it.

Not a terribly complex order but they forgot the ranch and the drink. They also added an extra medium fry that we didn’t order.
We were traveling through. The child's Happy Meal did not get the requested ketchup or bbq sauce. We went back to get it. Then as we were leaving town I discovered the Big Mac didn't have anything on it. It was 2 pattys and a slice of cheese. Definitely not worth the price. We are very disappointed.

Just walking in the door the place stank like a dirty used abandoned gas station. Then the smell got worse in the actual bathroom like people kept defecating there and couldn't flush, so filthy just piled on filth. We didn't eat there. Go across the street to Pizza Hut.

After 2 long years in texas battling cancer, myself, my dog and my African American autistic friend are traveling to Billings Montana. I pulled into the parking lot to rest and let my dog stretch her legs. Immediately the vehicle next to me started beeping like the door locks..... multiple times. No problem so I moved my vehicle to the other side of the parking lot and my friend went in to use the restroom. When he came out the manager (owner of the vehicle that kept locking its doors from inside) immediately came out and moved his vehicle NEXT TO MINE. Sat a while went back in and told someone to come out and make us leave. No reason what so ever, that I can think of, as we were not bothering anyone
