Sat at the drive thru window for 10 minutes before someone took our order. The person on the intercom tried when we pulled up but someone else interrupted them and said they would be with us as soon as possible. 10 minutes later. Is how they keep their times down? Just don’t take orders? Absolute worst service ever for a McDonald and that’s saying a lot

Beware when ordering anything chicken related 40 minutes before closing! They don't or won't make it!!! They will warn you how long it will take to make! Then they will charge you for it!! Then they won't give it to you, apps I forgot, that will take 15 minutes to make!!! They did this 3 times to back to back customers this Friday night at 10:30. I know this because everybody in line behind me was part of hungry football players rushing down from Lovell Wyoming trying to feed there young men after the game! Worst service/ experience I've ever had at a McDonald's!!!

Very gross, Flys everywhere and all the tables were nasty. The fries looked like they were made yesterday. Everything was terrible!

The food was typical McDonald’s and the fries and sandwiches tasted hot and fresh. The problem is that the restaurant smells like sulfur which ruins your appetite and makes the food way less appealing when the restaurant it is coming from smells like a hot spring.

To the girl taking out order at drive through about an hour ago, you didn’t have to get an attitude with my mom. She saw what was on the screen, tried to correct it because it was wrong and you said “I know I can hear you”. Well you still gave us the wrong food ? we wanted that sandwich no cheese and plain, you refused to change the order and gave us wrong food.

Seriously, I can't tell you how many times I've been ripped off at this McDonald's. You ask for a QPC with bacon, and 80% of the time, they don't add it. So I'm paying extra for a regular QPC. That and they have you pull forward for what old frys and order not right.
