A woman with very short hair who was rolling her eyes and dropping her arms down by her side huffing and puffing while waiting for me to decide on my dinner choice was very rude at register and at the table. I was in a very happy mood too.Then it got worse she waited on a big party and left me with no drink cup for over 15 min and then gave me a nasty look when I asked for my soda cup. I gave her no tip and when I left she yelled at me walking out of the restaurant GOODBYE!! I'm a good tipping too but only for good service. I think she might have personal issues with men and that is not cool leave your differences at home please.

While driving all day we stopped for lunch at this Pizza Hut store in the middle of nowhere. We had no complaints. The staff were incredibly serviceable and kind, even their IT guy was super friendly. We felt genuinely welcomed here. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. The food was really tasty. There was even the right combination of syrup and carbonated water in the soda fountains; a rare surprise at any restaurant. Thank you, Thermopolis Pizza Hut. We really appreciated your hospitality and food.

I’m her in thermopolis ordered food and proceeded to watch the employee not wash his hands handle money and make the food with his bare hands. I work in food service and this is not ok according to cross contamination and food and health safety so I’m pretty upset

I went in at NOON!!! FLOOR WAS INCREDIBLY DIRTY. EVERY TABLE. DIRTY. THE SMELL. 🤮🤮🤮🤮 nooooooo!!! at keSt do something and clean that place up guys!!!!! still. NO GLOVES. food department needs to go In there. no joke.

We got there as a family of 4 stood at the front while the man working walked passed us multiple times and never said a word. We stood there nicely for 10 minutes and looked at us walked to the back and started sweeping. Still never saying a word to us although we made eye contact and I said hello. We finally left and I double check the hours on the door sure enough open. Just rude and dissrespectful and horrible service

Amazing location. The Google page had an out of date menu, and I called in a nonexistent item. Instead of giving me sad news, he went the extra mile to custom create the old recipe! Came back a few more times and got the same great service from other employees too. Definitely stop by for some great pizza!

For my money, the best pizza is at Pizza Hut, and this one seemed very new. Inside dining is available, and the DIY drink station was a big plus.

The food taste, great, but don’t expect sauce if you order extra sauce. I would think I accidentally clicked light sauce, there was barely anything on it.
We arrived about 3 hours prior to closing time. We had a group of 18 people. The person who was behind the register was super sour when we asked if they were open as it appeared closed even though the signs said open. They replied yes but you cannot eat in here. We are not able to clean the restaurant from you. There were no other customers in there. We asked about taking it to go, but the attitude was it would be so much work for the 2 of them as they were disabled and the other employee was old. Their words not mine. They had taken down the salad bar and the dinning room was all put away. Very unfriendly and uninviting.

We stopped here to eat dinner after visiting the Hot Springs at the state park. The staff was extremely unfriendly and told us that they were short staffed and that we would have to eat outside AND take our trash with us! The staff then informed me that they do not carry the gluten free pizza crust available at many other locations.
*****Avoid this place at ALL costs - go instead to P6 for a great pizza and excellent customer service*****

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. A group of us came to this place as after going swimming round 8:30. And the lady who was supposed to help us, told us we couldn't sit inside or anything like that. Because "she would have to clean the table. Horrible costumer service and bad employees
