Ordered potato oles w cheese and sour cream. Got supreme oles and charged for extra cheese and sour creme. When I asked why the cost was so high they only gave me a receipt. When noticed what we received i had to walk in and they did remake the correct order and instead of them being kind about it or even giving discount or anything they acted inconvenienced. Blamed it on new girl. Well who trained her or was she still training on her preceptor not paying attention or who signed her off?

The service is great and the tacos/burritos hits the spot. The quantity of food is nice, but the potato sides were way too salty for me. I added nacho cheese which made them better. The drink sizes are gigantic.

It appeared that the person waiting on me was a trainee and he did not have a supervisor working with him. He apologized for the Mix-Ups but in the end all was made good This was one of the first times I came to this franchise.
Bad experience first time here. 6/22/24 @11am. Seemed like only two people working. Two parties dine in including myself. Both parties order was not done right. And drive thru order as well. No napkins and hot sauce in lobby. Not sure if they were new or what. Long wait as well. Worst Taco John's I ever been to.

Never again, I’ll never eat at the Thermop Taco Johns again after paying $20 for food dogs turn down. I’m shocked at how bad it was. I like the franchise, but the Thermop T John’s isn’t like the others.
