I'm a high school student who doesn't have a whole lot of money and only has 33 minutes to get food and eat it plus drive/walk back to school. The wait time is ridiculous and some of the workers can't even hear you so they just put in whatever they think they heard which 9 times out of ten is wrong. I get 2 fried chicken meat and potato burritos with no nacho cheese and extra sour cream and a drink. That is almost $20 just for one meal when I can go to McDonald's and get 3 meals for the same price. Absolutely ridiculous. Those burton's are also the only thing I can get because the rest of the menu is disgusting. 🤮

Ordered potato oles w cheese and sour cream. Got supreme oles and charged for extra cheese and sour creme. When I asked why the cost was so high they only gave me a receipt. When noticed what we received i had to walk in and they did remake the correct order and instead of them being kind about it or even giving discount or anything they acted inconvenienced. Blamed it on new girl. Well who trained her or was she still training on her preceptor not paying attention or who signed her off?
