The woman working the window1/27/26 lunch hour was very rude . She slammed the window shut after handing us our food.

i get all prices are going up but double the price on crescanwich then cut it in half. what the truck half a little piece of bacon half the size it was, might as well go to mcds

Edit for 12/2/24: the staff was insanely rude and the MANAGERS Don't understand the app. That should be the bare minimum for staff training ESPECIALLY managerial training. Will never return

We just stopped on a family road trip from Minnesota to Colorado.
I told my husband, I think that’s the nicest & cleanest Burger King I’ve ever been to!
Our special food requests (no cheese, no onion, etc) were done correctly as well.
The two gentleman were also super nice to our kids and found their wished for toy character to go with their kids meal.

The young girl at the window was rude. Definitely shouldn't be the face at the window. The manager made up for that though. I should have said something to her about her employee's less than qualified customer service attitude but I didn't have time for it. Food was ok, usually cold by the time I drive 5 minutes to get home 🥴 I guess that's what I get for ordering fast food.

The food, as always, was AMAZINGGGGG. The restaurant was super clean, especially when I think of the location at Scottsbluff, this one was spotless. The service was amazing, they were fast, good, and they had conversations with us, which I really enjoyed. I would also like to give a shoutout to Michelle and Kaitlyn, they were astounding and were so kind to us. Overall, this place is amazing, and the service was one of the best that I've received.

Sat in the drive through for 10 minutes for two chicken sandwiches. As I sat in line I observed the guy working the window put a bag of food near the register, but not pass it out the window to the car infront of me. Waited another 5 minutes until the car in front of me got there food. When I got to the window I observed the small bag of food sitting between the registers on the counter. A blonde woman came to the window with a bag of food, looked at the order, put the bag down and grabbed the bag that had just been sitting on the counter between the register for several minutes. Opened the window and attempted to give me the cold bag of food. When I asked if that food had been sitting there. She immediately got an attitude and told me that she will just remake the order, and shut the window forcefully. By her behavior I knew she was going to do something bad to the food so I left. You need to fire the blonde manager with glasses that works for you guys, she is serving bad food, has bad customer service, and is over all a bad employee.

The food was ok but the girl on the intercom on October 13th at 11:30 a.m. was rude and had a bad attitude. She needs training on customer service. If you hate your job so much get a new one. You don't have to spread your bad attitude.
