We arrived in town intending to eat somewhere else. However, when we saw this full parking lot, we figured the locals knew best - and we were not disappointed. Homemade flour tortilla chips made the steak nachos amazing!

Terrible (no) service, took forever to get our food. Out of chillies for rellenos, out of shredded chicken, no sauce substitutes or sauce period. Food was pretty good once we finally go it though.

There aren’t many spots in Torrington to eat so we heard this was a decent place to stop. Unfortunately because they were really busy, our server barely paid any attention to us. We had to get our own silverware, napkins, and my niece had to ask her to even come get our drink order and food order. We would have been more patient if the two tables around us didn’t get served and out of the restaurant first even though they got there after us. And would have been even more patient if we were acknowledged at all. It’s okay and understandable to be busy, just acknowledge people sitting for a long time and make sure you communicate! Maybe even bring out an app or comp drinks next time. Our order was a taco entree, chicken fajitas and chips and queso with a lemonade and iced tea. No idea what took so long. Thanks

Best Mexican restaurant ever! The food is amazing every time we go there. You will get your food fast. The service is outstanding. Make sure you stop in!
I love this place! The staff is always welcoming and friendly! The food is amazing (no canned cheese like I have been served elsewhere in town). And even when it is busy they always try to be accommodating and don’t ignore their customers!! It’s my favorite Mexican restaurant in town!!
There was absolutely no seasoning in my meat and tasted like they rinsed it in the sink. The rice was bland and undercooked. The beans tasted like they were canned. Chips and salsa were overpriced and flour tortillas fried. The tostada wasn’t a normal tostada was just a fried taco. I wasn’t able to finish my food and it was a whole plate full. It doesn’t hurt to use spices and season your food. I get your trying to serve to the demographic there, but damn they could even use more than salt and pepper don’t you think?

I was very disappointed that they do not offer a milder salsa with your chips which by the way are overpriced for how much you get. Also, they charged a surcharge because I used my debit card which I found out they are not supposed to do. They can only do it on credit cards...which means they are breaking the law....will never go back again...
