When I went through the drive-thru the lady that took my money then gave me my change hardly almost like drop my money when she was going to hand it to me because she was laughing at with somebody that was telling her up front which happened to be Tim Lopez telling her something about me and then when I got my drinks told me that my food was not ready yet not so nicely also laughing I don't feel that that is a professional way to run a business and I don't feel that that was respectful or professional.

If I could give a zero on service, I surely would. Was told to pull forward to wait for food. Waited for 15 minutes only to have the wrong food brought to me. Waited another 5 and then went inside to pick up my own food. It was hot and ready. Just not brought out. Guess it’s the “drive thru but come inside and pickup” line now.

Crew seems like they don't want to be there. Hair not being restrained or wearing hats. Few of the crew look like they need to take a shower. They definitely need to work on their personal hygiene. Fries hard and not filled all the way. Gering McDonald's is thousand Times better than Scottsbluff and Torrington.

Just found out McDonald's aren't mandatory to wear hair nets after finding hair in my food went in for a new order just to realize the employees don't even wear gloves

The employees were incredibly nice and willing to look up specific deals for us when we said, "Oh nevermind think it's for a different location" they looked anyway and learned about a new deal. The ones where we live don't measure up.

Most poorly run Miccy D’s on the planet. Waited 20 full minutes from the time on my receipt until I went to the counter and demanded my food, only to be handed disgusting old McDouble, fries that were cold and stale, and nuggets that were less edible than cardboard. FIRE THE MANAGER ALREADY!!! Customer service nonexistent. SHUT IT DOWN.

This McDonald's is an absolute joke. Ordered on the app a Delux Mc crispy meal, NO MAYO and a big Mac. We get there and sit in the drive through for 15 minutes with one other car in front of us. 3 other people pulled up behind and order, 2 of them drove off. The big Mac was 3 pieces of bread 2 patties and 2 pickles on it that's it. The Mccrispy had a large amount of mayo and the fries were cold. Only thing that was correct was the medium Dr Pepper. Online orders are not that hard to read and follow, especially when you have at least 3 people in the back. 2 out of those 3 where just standing by the window talking. Having worked fast food I get there are good and bad days, however with this being a reoccurring thing, it is ridiculous.
