Call in orders take priority over walk-in customers. Hope you have lots of call ins…..based on having run off most of your walk-ins. Good food, over priced, poor service.

Have ordered many times and have never had my order correct recently ordered and had it delivered when I got my food it was completely wrong. So I called into the store and someone answered and I asked for a manager I was put on hold and they ended up hanging up. I called back several times and no answer. The staff is very rude, never seems to be anyone in charge or they just don’t want to deal with incorrect orders. Worst subway around.

Hit it during a busy time. Line was long, but the staff handled it well. Only down side was that there were only Pepsi products. But then, that seems to be the case throughout Colorado as well as Wyoming.

Every time I order on the app, the order is messed up. We ordered 3 sandwiches today and all 3 were missing more than one item. We live out of town so it’s not convenient to go back to have it fixed.

Female working line was friendly and polite, but male at end of cash register was where my problem was. He was working register and putting toppings on sandwiches. Not once, while waiting for other people or doing my sandwich, did he change his gloves. That is disgusting! Handling money, touching register and handling food. Needs more training and/or education.

Employee that was there was super rude and I ordered online go in to pick up my food they don't have the church I ordered or any soda at all. And then when we request a refund they said only a manager can do that and refuse to call the manager. So subway in torrington are thieves

So I just went into our local Subway at 7:20 p.m. and asked the sandwich prep guy for a footlong meatball sandwich he looked straight at me and said I'm sorry we're out of meatballs all I have is the marinara sauce. I looked at him and asked are you serious and he said yes I'm sorry! Now get this they don't close till 10:00 p.m. there was no one else in line behind me sure they were fixing sandwiches for an elderly couple ahead of me but I would have wait patiently had the gentleman went back to thaw more meatballs but he didn't even ask if I wanted to wait or had any other sandwiches that I might have wanted he just went over to the toaster oven and ignored me. Very disappointed

I witnessed one of your employees in uniform threaten to assault a pedestrian on Main st. I work in a building near the place where it happened, and I could see and hear everything from my store front. Extremely disrespectful and not a good look for your company.
Had an employee yell that he’d kick my ass after he drove at me in the street. Got out of his car and yelled on Main Street for a few minutes. Went to complain and the employees made it very clear that they didn’t care and wouldn’t give me a name or number to call. Don’t go here they clearly don’t care about customers or the public.

Employees prioritize online orders over actual people standing in line in the lobby. The two just twiddle away on sandwiches leaving in person customers wondering why they're waiting so long. Also, no acknowledgement of anyone coming in. When she finally began making my sandwich, she put zero effort in. No gloves were replaced between sandwiches and taking payments. Rude staff.
