Employees prioritize online orders over actual people standing in line in the lobby. The two just twiddle away on sandwiches leaving in person customers wondering why they're waiting so long. Also, no acknowledgement of anyone coming in. When she finally began making my sandwich, she put zero effort in. No gloves were replaced between sandwiches and taking payments. Rude staff.

They were busy with only 2 employees. I had a hot sandwich but when it got to my turn to get toppings on it was cold. Instead of getting everyone's sandwich and havve a line of sandwiches they need to get the ones in the front so if you have a hot sandwich it is cold.

MALIAKI the manager at subway is literally by far the worst employee I’ve ever seen. Completely messed up my order and even after I showed him he tells me it’s not his problem.

Love when it say there open and there preparing your food and your foods ready and they take your money but then when you get to the Torrington subway the doors locked very
So nice, great service! Quick and friendly. The new remodel is nice. The only thing I am really really really sad about is that my favorite juice is gone. They no longer carry the good juice!
