This place is phenomenal! The cookies were extraordinary. Ten times better than Crumbl Cookie. They reminded me of my mom's homemade cookies. Just delicious. The pizza was off the chart. Best pizza I've had in decades. The staff was so friendly and helpful. If you are in Torrington, Wyoming, you must stop at The Bread Doctor.
This is such a hidden gem. I don’t get to Torrington very often, but when I do this is a priority stop. I have never not been absolutely amazed. 💜
Some of the finest baked goods I have ever had in the USA. Their English muffins are to die for. Courteous service in small town America, best kept secret.

The Bread Doctor, open from 6 am to 2 pm, offers a delightful experience with its European-style bread, chocolate, and coffee. The strawberry rhubarb pie-lette and chocolate turtles are popular items that can sell out quickly, along with the impossibly light sourdough bread and Basque cake. The aroma of bread and chocolate, combined with excellent coffee, makes for a wonderful atmosphere. The pastries are beautiful, like from a Paris patisserie, and the scones and chicken pot pies are terrific. The staff is friendly, efficient, and helpful, even during busy Saturdays. With fantastic wood beams, clean floors, and great presentation, the atmosphere is inviting, though seating inside is limited. The chocolates are worth their price, providing a unique treat in the Front Range area. Definitely worth the trek to Torrington.
