I’ve gone here maybe 3 times now. Never when they’re busy, always when there’s at least two staff. Wait times are insane for the most bare minimum of orders (think a coffee, donut and maybe a sandwich). Whether you go drive-thru or inside, you’re waiting 20+ minutes for your full order. There’s never a decent apology, you’re just expected by staff to move on with your day and act like the wait times are normal for a slow Dunks. The only staff member I’ve never had issues with, and who is kind, is I believe a manager and she’s great.

My coffee was tasty, my family liked their donuts and the price was reasonable. The young lady asked questions to ensure my coffee was made exactly how I wanted it. The donuts weren't greasy, unlike other donut shops. I'd visit again.

Sat in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes. There were only 3 cars ahead of me and they all sat there for just as long as I did, if not longer as they were all there when I got there. They are so slow it’s ridiculous.

You're more likely to have better luck with the morning crew than the afternoon crew. When they fail to make an order right, they overcompensate with ice. If you're looking for an expensive cup of ice this is the place to go.

The manager used to bring delivery orders to the gate but now they aren’t willing to do that. Very inconvenient for those of us without base access

Showed up 40 minutes before it was supposed to close and nobody came to the window and the door was locked. There is a vehicle outside, so obviously somebody was working but closed quite early. Not a good look.

My husband ordered at the kiosk and genuinely they got over half of the order wrong. We had to go back to get the donuts we actually wanted and this time I went with, and they got the chocolate donuts wrong AGAIN. I told him to wait and corrected them and finally got the donuts, but now we have 8 donuts neither of us even want...
Edit: I forgot to add they also gave the last two of one of the flavors we ordered to someone in drive through who ordered AFTER us. Even stopped packaging the order to do so ?. Never returning.
