Food was served cold and sandwiches were mashed and fries were cold. The drive thru was not busy but it took 10 minutes to get our food. Shame your staff is not caring about this

Got 2 sandwiches. 1 classic roast beef one with cheddar. Requested extra Arby's sauce on both. Both sandwiches cold dry meat and a bun. No sauce and cold meat. Disgusting.

Lack of communication in the work staff. Yelling, profanity. Messing up everyone's order. Took me 15 minutes to recieve my food from the time I ordered and there were only 3 people in front of me. Soda machine was down. Worst Arby's I've ever been to. Par for the course for what goes on in a town like wheatland I'm sure.

The manger at this store does not know what she’s doing that’s for sure. She’s lucky I didn’t catch her name. I would surely be blasting her. Anyway, we go in this place and order $75 worth of food, paid for it, had proof it came out of our bank. Order is being made and handed out(so how did it not go through) I had to order two more drinks when they notice the total was still on the screen. She comes up and says it didn’t go through and we would have to pay for it AGAIN!!!🤬 You must be out of your mind if you think I’m paying that again when it already came out of our bank. Would not listen to the other worker that was telling her, “ I seen that it already came out of his bank.” She was like it don’t matter what they say, it shows it didn’t go through on our end so, there is nothing we can do unless they pay again. We left everything there and walked out. Bad bad work ethic!! Never going to this place again!!

Bought a chicken strip meal to go. On the road 10 minutes later discovered the meal was short 1 strip. Not going back down the highway to get the shortage. In fact, simply not returning to this Arby's ever again!

The sandwiches were all cold. I brought it up they said they have to set their microwaves at the same temperature everyday and that's as good as it gets and didn't offer to do anything to fix it. I'm going to call my credit card company to protest the charges.
When I stopped to eat and needed hot water, they gave it to me for free. The staff were very kind, and the food was delicious and flavorful. I really liked this place
