They say they open at eight in the morning and it's 8:50 and they're still not open.

We did an online order said ready by 8:30 we waited tell 8:50 the guy was complaining about online orders cussing up a storm right when I walked in he screamed if waiting for an online order I haven’t done any yet! Said he was the only worker told him I under stood really horrible attitude there! Told him if they needed help I know like 4 teenagers that have applied but no calls back he said we won’t hire teenagers because they don’t do their jobs I’m thinking really it’s the teens that don’t want to do their jobs lol I’d like my 40$ back please he squeezed like whole bottle of sauces on sandwiches got home soggy yuck there was no way I was taking these back that guy probably would of thrown them in our face

The food was made so slow that the sandwich was cold by the time I got to the car the attitude of the women was horrible the flat Bread was falling apart it was the worst experience ever would I recommend Absolutely not

We ordered lunch on the app, went to pick it up when the app said it was ready. Worker told us we have to give 45 minutes to an hour for an order that large and that they hadn't even started it. We ordered 4 sandwiches that were the exact same. The young man mumbled under the breath and the grandma was very rude :( very disappointing.

We order food for our family online and they complained and made rude comments to our large order when the app said it’d be done in 15 and they grumbled about us not giving them an hour to make 6 sandwiches alll the same topping

Subway sandwiches and products are outstanding, but the staffing decisions are absolutely horrible. Tonight, like most evenings (5 pm) there is one person working the counter. Multiple internet orders arriving with walkin customers, subsequently waiting 40 minutes to place an order. Then tonight the cash register malfunctioned, no help for new employee, an employee that didn't show, and as the employee called via phone no one answered. You have an outstanding product but due to the limited staff needed your business will soon not be profitable. I could not wait any longer and left without a sandwich, with 9 people standing in line.

It was really gross because all the ranch and dressing they put on the sandwich, and they do not listen to the amount you want on the sandwich list do what they want. The lady in the back wasn’t me helping me in the front lady with food and there’s a lot of people in there. And it’s my first time eating there and it was slow

Employees were all out smoking when we walked in, def only a very very quick rinse of hands not a full wash. Asked for my flatbread to be toasted and the lady refused to saying it would come out crispy. Never at any subway has this happened, guess here it is make it the staffs way not make it your way.

I haven’t eaten at a subway in years and coming here was a reminder of why I don’t. The guy making my sandwhich took a break half way through to count money in the till. After rummaging through, he put the money in an envelope and continued making my sandwich STILL WEARING THE SAME GLOVES. Absolutely disgusting and I plan to never eat at another Subway ever again because clearly sanitation is not a priority.
