Best pizza in Jackson hands down (although technically in Wilson). If you want the good za, just drive there it’s 10 minutes away and the guys running the show are as down to earth as they come. The pizza is phenomenal, top 3 best deep dish I’ve ever had and some damn good thin crust. You won’t regret it, just don’t expect your typical fancy Jackson restaurant vibe.

Absolutely delicious. We wanted to get outside Jackson to eat and my husband found this little pizza place. We ordered the Chicago deep dish and it was so good. We have had deep dish in Chicago before and this was spot on. The guys working were super nice and welcoming. This is the best pizza in the area.

So, we walking in and ordered a pie to go, and they told us it’d be approx 25 min. Then a huge thunderous BANG went off outside The Coach. The pizza guys all dashed out to door to see what happened, mind you, while I was still I n mid order. A truck was on fire at the intersection. The brakes on the truck must have caught fire coming down the bottom of the pass and the back tires blew out. The pizza guys didn’t even hesitate. They knew the driver was in peril and they sprang into action. They sprinted across the street, helped pull the driver out of the cab, then ran to the gas station and grabbed fire extinguishers and proceeded to put out the blaze. When the fire department showed up (which is next door to Wilson Pizza) the pizza dudes already had the blaze extinguished and the situation under control. The pizza dudes returned to their pizzeria home base, and made us one of the best pizza in the Jackson whole area, all in under 25 min as promised! Highly recommend these guys for pizza, OR if your truck catches fire at the bottom of the pass! Thank you gentlemen. It was a pleasure, and I thoroughly enjoyed the ‘za!

The pizza was so very good! We had thin crust with tomatoes, basil, sausage, peppers and mushrooms. Delish! It is not a fancy place to sit but good tunes. Be forewarned that while the pizza is well-priced, the no-named wine is $14 per glass. (Not on the menu)

Everything about this place is awesome. Very small but full of great atmosphere. The service was great and laid back. Don't let the outside fool you, this is the best pizza we have had in a long time. We travel all over the country and pizza is one of our go too's. We have a thin crust with onion, pineapple, and ham. Three Caesar Salads that were very good. You could smell the fresh garlic they use on the pizza and it was great tasting. Do not miss the opportunity to get a pizza from here.

Stopped for dinner after a day of hiking the Tetons. A local father and young son offered to share their large table with us, which turned out to be a great experience. The staff at Wilson really work hard to make sure everyone is well-served and well-fed, and the results show. We had a deep-dish pizza, which was quite good. The crust was crispy and buttery. The sauce was so.ppe and tomato-forward, as it should be. This was a very convincing deep-dish pizza, even for folks who are familiar with Chicago pizza, as we are. Just a great local restaurant, with great staff, great local clientele, and REALLY good pizza.

On my second day in jackson I decided to see what Wilson's was all about. I read the reviews. I've had real Chicago pizza and it was okay. Wasn't crazy good. So I wanted to see what this little place could do for me. I arrived at opening. And was greeted by a nice gentleman. I ordered a deep dish with pepperoni. Please not if your not willing to wait the 1 hour for this perfect pie dont bother showing up. I was ready to wait. And was excited. I ordered garlic nots and a deep dish. The garlic nots where amazing. The sauce it came with was sweet and tasty. Plenty of garlic sauce. The time had come for the pizza to hit the table. And it did. Hot. Crispy edges. Perfectly crafted and cooked. The ratios of cheese to sauce and bread where perfection. Never has a deep dish made me so happy. This was a 12/10. And im very hard on pizza. The butter crust and crispy edges where amazing. The sauce was robust and a little sweet and chunky. The pepperoni was fantastic and the cheese was perfect. Not too much at all. For me this was the best deep dish pizza I've ever had. Overall. It was a great small town charm pizza shop. And the two guys working did a great job. Will be back.
