Very clean restaurant and bathrooms. The manager Brandi was so nice and engaging (even overheard the way she spoke with coworkers- very kind.) We had excellent service!! Just to note: I never write reviews for restaurants, especially a fast food chain. However, I was mostly impressed with the kindness of Brandi.

A perfect dinner for some hungry travelers. Especially those struggling to find somewhere with vegetarian options out here. Staff was super nice and upsold me on the dollar fountain drinks. Totally worth it. Thanks everyone!

I ordered two pizzas this evening at 6:10 was told they would be ready at 7:10. I was there at 7:10 was told they hadn't made them yet because they only had one person building pizzas and they were just so busy there was 2 cars in the parking lot. This has happened before but i thought i would give them another chance. Well it's over with pizza hut. I believe that the manager and the whole crew should be fired. From now on Sally's classic pizza will be getting all my business pizza hut in Worland sucks !!!!!!!

So, we ordered pizza tonight, got told it would be ready in 40 minutes. Haha, ya right. 42 minutes later we got told it wouldn't be ready for another 30 minutes!! Then when we went to pick it up 30 minutes later, no one would answer the drive up window. Yup, Sally's it is from now on.

Decided to give it another try shot at redemption if you will BUT OF COURSE. The order an hour and a half for delivery the driver got lost and the food tastes like it sat in the store for an hour. 1 star only because it doesn't get any lower. Place is junk should have stuck with Sally's

So we've been coming here for awhile and at first the pizza was good but lately the pizza we received are not edible we order cheese pizza with extra cheese and get charged $2 and change for the extra cheese and when we receive our pizza it has less cheese on it to where it looks like they put little to no cheese on it and it's just dough and it's so over cooked we can't eat it I think it's about time we give Sally's pizza a try.
Waited 15 minutes after we sat ourselves for the waitress to come over. Only 2 tables were occupied. Waitress asked what we wanted to drink and if we were ready to order. Gave our drink order but we needed a menu to see what we wanted. Waited another 15 minutes for her to come back to take our order. Still didn't get our drinks until after we ordered. Small pizza, wrap and an order of bread sticks. We waited another 30 minutes to get our food. We also had to go to the counter to request a plate and marinara sauce for our cheese sticks. Marinara sauce was cold. Waitress never came back to check on us. Sure wanted a refill on my drink!! Waitress leaned against the counter doing nothing and was on her phone. Finally after an hour and a half we left. Only to get a total and not an itemized receipt. We have no idea what we actually paid for. Definitely not eating in again. I actually felt sorry for "Corey" who was waiting when we showed up. He asked if they forgot about him and employees mentioned they couldn't find his order, but remembered making it. After 40 minutes, they finally brought out 4 pizzas. He said he only ordered 1 large. Employee finally asked his name and found his food sitting in the warmer. ??

I waited 60 excruciating minutes for my wings only to finally discover that they were stale. Absolutely devastating. I gave two stars because I enjoyed the ranch.

Depends what time of day you order from here, my experiences with the online/app ordering have been real shotty. App is slow, sometimes impossible to use. Staff is all friendly, and willing to correct mistakes. Seems like night crew could care less about quality. Always pretty quick tho
