I know they are out in the boonies but 33 bucks for breakfast was definitely outrageous. And only 1 toast! I wanted to lick the plate and suck the leftover jam out of the little cup to get my monies worth. This is 2025 not 1940 so the remote excuse just doesn't wash. In my opinion it's a straight up rip off.

Excellent.
The gas was reasonable too.
Don't make the mistake of going to the Continental divide, which is close to it. Complete cheats.
These guys were great!

Great staff.
Pricey, but you’re in the middle of nowhere, so come prepared.
Food was “college” food. Spaghetti sauce from a can, microwave mixed veggies, things like that.
The menus seems to change on the white board.

Staff was awesome. Food was excellent & they even helped us with a special order for a picky eater! They have espresso & pie! Also, the atmosphere was top tier with great music & friendly staff. 10/10 recommend!

We stopped in today on our way north. I was a little disappointed that the gift shop next door wasn’t open, but it was early in the morning. I ordered a latte and it was delicious, my husband bought a couple of sausage rolls and an orange cranberry muffin, they were so delicious!! If you’re out in the Alcan just north of Watson Lake I feel it’s worth a stop here!

Great family owned business. Daughter and son in law work very hard to make this a family atmosphere Diner. They have a very limited menu, but delicious! We were there for a Sunday night dinner, spaghetti! Delicious. Stopped in for breakfast- one thing on menu(scrambled eggs, ham, hash browns and a slice of toast of homemade bread!) And homemade cinnamon buns we got to go for breakfast the next morning! Need to check out the gift shop next door!

Buyer beware: A single small latte cost over $11. They say because they are remote but nowhere else in the region charges this.

Absolutely ridiculous prices. Do the 20km to Watson and pay correctly. There is a premium for being where they are but this is highway robbery, think of a number and double it

Food is overpriced. The burger was good, but it had a small patty on a homemade bun, small fries cost $12.00, Chicken strips and fries $19+, and the burger alone is $20.00.

I travelled across the Yukon and all the way up to Tuk, this was the worst stop. There’s no paper towels in the bathroom and no water unless you pay. They advertise wifi access and then have a list of rules saying you can only check your email and will removed from the property with no refund if you are caught on your phone. It is also only turned on between 3 and 11 pm. You can pay for a wifi enabled campsite but have to follow the same rules. The bathrooms are a 5 minute walk from the campsite, which was one of the worst areas I had to camp at. Ant hills everywhere and it was only a patch of gravel. 40$ per tent and 70$ per RV. And of course the prices are extreme, even for the area. 25$ for a breakfast of liquid egg, a fried slice of deli meat, rehydrated hashbrowns and one slice of toast. That’s the only option. One of the people I was with has an egg allergy so the chef offered to make a ham sandwich instead but put miracle whip on it. When they went to ask for it to be remade, it was hard for him to admit he made a mistake but he did end up remaking the food. The tip is added before you pay and there are no prices listed on the menu. Everyone was very friendly and the place was quite clean but that’s a bare minimum. It’s obvious this place is a cash grab and it ruins the vibe they’re trying to create of a quaint family business

Highway robbery, theft and misleading

Wolf It Down restaurant will be the first restaurant in my life to have had the most overpriced food. Service with a crooked smile while you’re being robbed blind..

Burger: 19$ (No fries included)
Half slice of Kraft Single cheese: 2$
Fries: 12$
Side of mayo: 3$

No prices listed anywhere before purchase. I have never been ripped off so badly in my life. I also tipped 15% when I should have given nothing and was charged a 3% service fee. If you’re planning a trip and want to make a stop at this restaurant, don’t, you will literally be robbed.

I will be disputing this charge with my credit card company as the prices and services provided were misleading and not as described.

Disgusting business model.

The excuse that this is in a remote location is complete nonsense.
