FRESH HANDMADE NOODLES cooked right on the spot — such an unexpected find and absolutely delicious! The texture was perfect, and the flavor was a nice balance: mildly spicy with a hint of sweetness. Simple, fresh, and very tasty. Definitely worth a stop if you see this food truck!
I went a year ago, and took photos. But I completely forgot to write a review until now lol. Anyways the food was really good,
I forgot what meal it was exactly, but I got one with a slice of beef and added a egg, and the egg was the BEST egg I've ever had. It was specially prepared in a way with soy sauce I think and the beef was also good.
I went when it was at the fireweed market at shipyards so the atmosphere was nice of a market.

During our time in Whitehorse, we returned weekly to this food truck - delicious hand-pulled noodles with super flavourful spicing, very reasonably priced and lovely to eat by the river on a nice day.
